I feel the same way about Kolb, he doesn't seem like a true starter to me. Just a decent backup. I think it's because this team has been McNabbs for so long. Even though McNabb has never won anything, he is a good quarterback. They usually always make the playoffs when he plays an entire season, so I'm not sure what handing it over to Kolb would do. He could improve but I think fans would need to accept possibly not making the playoffs for a bit.

I think it's a bit better than the old rule, but not by much. Basically a FG won't win it for you now, so teams will just look to score a TD and win. Same thing really... but I guess it will put a lot more pressure on to score.
