OKC + Memphis will absolutely dominate after 2-5 years. With the right moves around Durant e.g. getting a solid PF, and Memphis could strengthen their bench while improving each player's skills, they could and will become playoff teams.

Memphis is looking like a great young team. OKC and the Grizzlies will be great teams in 4-6 years. The Grizzlies will probably take a bit longer though because of financial reasons, but overall I think they're going to be great in the near future.
