We then went back and forth for 4 days to get this piece to you. We hope that you will like the work that we have done and maybe there will be more collabs between us in the future.

Do a wall battle

Great experience, and skill build actually. Althought not very much different from my other freelance work, since I was based at home and not at the "Headquarters". It was also fun since it's a German Magazine, the head designer is French, I am Polish and we talked in English, on top of that I have very basic knowledge of German lol. So it was all international hehe

I was doing a two month internship with Five Mag of Germany. In that time I was scheduled to do some layout for print. These are from Issue #62 which came in the mail yesterday, still waiting for 61, so I will show the ones I did there later. So I have recently got in contact with Ricky Rubio's people about doing some possible work. So far I have designed a Twitter background for him but who knows maybe there will be more work ahead. Just please keep in mind that with Twitter we are mostly limited to what will be shown on the left side on various resolutions, so to some point it's hard to manage with little space and the information that a client wants to have. Thanks a lot. I actually got it mostly because of the editorial training that I can get. Wallpapers are just the addition to the layout designs for the actual magazine.

I don't know, Five Mag is a german magazine so that was the primary objective. Maybe, don't know.

Sorry man, this is currently my job, the only work I do completely for "fun" are the Hornets wallpaper. Couple of years ago I would definitely accept that offer but at that time when you wanted me I was unable to do so. Same is on right now, I actually have even more on my head nowadays ;-)

They are new, completely I did each team for the 2009-10 and no I won't put shaq in the starting 5, because according to most depth charts that I have seen he won't be starting. So I don't really know how that will work out. And shaq is on that wallpaper, just look closely ;-) And yeah Lakers have Artest on it. Only some teams were unable to be done, like Courtney Lee starting in Nets prolly but totally no pictures of him were available when i was doing it in July. Read my first post for more info.

Back in 2006 I have designed a wallpaper of the New Orleans Hornets called the Polaroid. After a few days and the positive outcome of that wallpaper I have designed a few more of them and I used to add one each time. Currently I am working at a German basketball magazine called Five, and as my first assignement in July I was picked to design a wallpaper series. They liked my Polaroids so we came up with the idea to design one for each nba team. With that said I have spent around 150 hours during the whole month of July and I managed to design 31 team wallpapers in 31 days. They will be released on Five Mag website daily for the next 5 days, and I will be updating this topic with new ones whenever they go online in a news. Since whenever I posted one of those people were requesting other teams I thought this will be a good opportunity to design one for each team.
