I see where you are coming from but you have to have some guidelines on getting in. You cant just say oh hes a good member that posts well we should put him in. I see post count as a goal in a way for those who haven't been around for 5 years, but i also think exceptions should be made if the guys has been active for a good chunk of time consistently. After some more thought here is my new criteria: Must have for nomination: 3 years & 12k posts or 5 years & 6k posts OTR members vote for 5-7 members to be nominees OTR HOF'ers select 3 members to be inducted into the HOF HOF'ers get there member name put on the back of there rep team jersey and inducted into the HOF section. Hows that sound? Legit?
