Which former #1 overall pick would you rather build your team around? Both Griffin and Rose are dynamic, athletic, and have extremely high ceilings. Griffin could very well be the best rookie big man since Tim Duncan or Shaquille O'Neal, but you have to be wary about his wrecklessness. The fact that Blake Griffin is still a very raw offensively and defensively makes him a really tempting choice. On the other hand Rose is a guy who has unlimited ability and drive as proven by this year as he has added the three ball to his repertoire and has become a more rounded scorer.
