I hate how Kobe slowed it down off the steal, that was a fastbreak oppertunity that we should have capitalized on. Lakers have no flow on offense whatsoever.

Shannon Brown and Steve Blake have done a great job off the bench. Too bad we keep biting on every pumpfakes or keep giving up open shots. Gasol is such a [expletive].

Anyone?

Nice rotation Gasol. You lazy [expletive]!

Nice opening quarter. Lakers are still playing lackidasical defense, we're lucky the Suns are missing so many good looks.

What sport athletes 'own' your city?

Collin Kaepernick at the moment lol, we haven't had any studs come out of college. Nate Burleson is probably the most successful player to come out in over 2 decades. -
Lakers getting fastbreak points, where has this been the last few games.

Pretty impressive. :o http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6kI_u3ho_c http://twitter.com/darrenrovell/status/22663724137451520 http://twitter.com/darrenrovell/status/22673583960498176

Won a couple weeks, and most importantly moved up to second overall after I was tied for last in the opening weeks lol.

I personally didn't like Blue Collar. Dynomite is by far the best song on the whole album.

Pretty impressive win for the Grizzles considering they had such a thin backcourt entering this game (no OJ Mayo or Xavier Henry). Rudy Gay has been phenomenal this year.
-
I missed the game last night, but it's nice to see us win by a sizable amount against a terrible team. Congrats to Kobe who passed Dominique Wilkins for 10th place on the NBA’s all-time scoring list with 26,671 points.

OJ Mayo & Tony Allen Get Into Fight
The Regime replied to Nitro's topic in Memphis Grizzlies Team Forum
The Bulls need to make a push for Mayo. The play at the 2 is by far their greatest weakness. I still don't see what Thibodeau sees in Keith Bogans. -
Dunk contest is going to suck......again. They should just remove this event altogether, and save the embarrassment.

ESPN staff weighs in on Lakers' troubles
The Regime replied to Real Deal's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
I thought John Ireland really hit it right on the head... Agree. The effort just isn't there, we play defense in spurts. We have a couple good defensive sequences, and then we go back to our lethargic ways. Something as simple as putting a hand end into a shooters face can make a huge difference, and the team just hasn't done that. Defense is a team effort but it starts on an individual basis, and until guys can show their committment to the defensive end we are going to struggle. As I stated in the "strange facts" thread The Lakers have 24 fastbreak points in the last 6 games. In that stretch we have gone 2-4, averaging 88.5 points per game while our opponets are averaging 96.8 points. The team is just playing to slow right now. I'm waiting for the Lakers to either bench Artest or trade Artest. I don't blame Kobe for shouldering the load when the team is struggling. With that said, Kobe's jumper has just been off this season and he isn't getting to the rack on a consistent basis. I would try and get Bynum and Pau more involved in the offense, and even Lamar who been one of the few bright spots for the team this season. Agree. It's a long season though, so I'm not worried about the playoffs yet. Last sentence pretty much summarized my thoughts. I probably wont start to panic until after the All-Star Break. -
I'm not going to get my hopes up. Lakers are playing like an average team.

I lol'ed. -
Bobcats missed 18 straight fgs at one point (NBA season high). LOL at the random dude who was talking [expletive] to the Heat all game.

I really think that Harbough's decision will have a huge impact on Andrew Luck decision to forego next season or stay. If he's smart though he'll enter the draft regardless. -
The Lakers have 24 fastbreak points in the last 6 games, that's right 6 games. In that stretch we have gone 2-4, averaging 88.5 points per game while our opponets are averaging 96.8 points. All 4 loses are by 15+ points.

Andrew Luck is the real deal, he's going to make some NFL really happy. Alot of blown coverages for VA Tech though, there haven't been guys within 5 yards of the WR's on 2 of his td's.
