  1. I'm not all that surprised. If we are going to walk into game with a cakewalk mentality......well, this is what happens. Props to the Bucks though, that was some of the best defense I've seen from an opposing team against the Lakers this season.
  2. Looks like neither team wants to play defense this half.
  3. Dwight goes to the bench, and Chandler gets a trio of dunks. Horrible pick and roll defense. I still think the Magic need to trade for a backup big man, Earl Clark and Brandon Bass just aren't going to get it done.
  4. Say what you want about Dwight Howard offense but he has improved by leaps and bounds. So far tonight he has single handedly carried the Magic, and both Dampier and Haywood have done an excellent job defending him in the post.
  5. Magic are struggling defending the three point line. Edit: Hedo is absolute trash, thank god he picked up his second foul.
  6. I've watched a couple Blazer games this season and it's obvious that he's their #1 option on offense at this point. Aldridge has the tools to carry the team he just isn't assertive enough the whole time that he's in the game. He'll have spurts of greatness and then he'll fall asleep. With Brandon Roy out Aldridge doesn't have the room to take plays off, he needs to continue to be aggressive every time he touches the ball. One thing that Aldridge needs to continue to work on is his passing. With Brandon Roy out he's seeing a lot of double teams and he really struggles to find the open guy. I love his midrange game (16-18 feet), love his athleticism, and I love the fact that he gets to the line. With that said he still needs to work on his post game, as a big man he has got to be able to score in the paint. All in all though I love what he has done this season, he and Wes Matthews have carried them the last couple weeks. Once the Blazers get a healthy Brandon Roy back they are going to be a tough opponent for any team.
  7. Looks like SVG is going to play around with the lineup a little bit. Hedo Turkoglu will start at PF tonight, and Brandon Bass will come off the bench. Richardson will play the 3, and JJ Reddick will get the start at sg. Dirk is going to have his way tonight.
  8. I didn't want to make a completely different topic so I thought I would just bump this one. It looks like Ben Gordon is going to start for the Pistons at sg the rest of the way. Pretty smart move for the Pistons. In four starts this season, Gordon averaged 20.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.0 steals. With that said look for Hamilton to be traded pretty soon, but I still don't think it will be the Bobcats just because they don't have the pieces to make it happen.
  9. I'm not expecting a close game especially after what happened to the Bucks last night. But then again, you never know with the Lakers.

  11. First game for Richardson, Arenas, and Hedo, and they struggled to say the least. A combined 6-23 from the field. I expected chemistry issues, but not shooting woes.
  12. Judging by the way this game is going, the Bucks might as well bench their starters for us tomorrow. This is going to be a rough stretch for the Bucks.
  13. Because you cant. You guys have lost twice to the Celts, twice to the Mavs, and once to the Magic. Outside of the Jazz and Knicks there isn't a quality opponent that you guys have beat to this point.
  14. They lost, that's all that matters. Stop downplaying it.
  15. Brett Favre needs to hang if up before he seriously gets injured. Good thing I kept Joe Webb in my fantasy lineup.
  16. Clutch ft's from Marion, I had a feeling he and Terry were going to have big games tonight.

  18. I lol'ed when I read that. I'll be rooting for the Mavs, they can keep the better record for the time being. I just can't stand the Heat and their winning streak, even though I wouldn't mind snapping that streak come Christmas. Game is going to be close, but I think the Maverick bench is going to be the difference. Marion and Terry are going to create some problems.

  20. That takes them nowhere, they are a 7th or 8th seed at best. And it's going to be one and done in the playoffs.
  21. Mine is...... http://www.repertoirefashion.co.uk/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/jingle-all-the-way.jpg
