Nah not at all, trust me the fail is worse, its missed credits plus averaging in a [expletive] GPA. My first couple years I had 3 withdrawls, 2 of which were unregistered (teacher dropped me) the only time it threatened to hurt me is it almost cost me a my scholarship when I didn't have at least 70% of my attempted credits completed.

Being dropped from a class is much better than failing, so I wouldn't complain
