Miami would still need a big man to stop Dwight and Gasol, if we learned anything from this series it's that big men > all. If they got a big man it would work. However, LeBron and Wade would just be forced to shoot 3's in the playoffs with no inside presence.

The Knicks and I'll tell you why - The Cavs have proven they aren't able to get the talent around him, they've had him for 8 years and made the finals once - LeBron + Wade don't even make sense, sure they are great players but there is only 1 ball wihtout a big that team is not beating the Lakers or even the Magic. - Chicago is a nice suitor but I don't see LeBron going there will all the beef he's had with Joakim - NY can put a premier center and surround him with talent, Shaq will tell LeBron "look I loved Orlando, but leaving to go to LA was the best decision I ever made, go to NY"

Take Gasol off that roster and you don't make it past the Thunder, I think you severely under rate the impact a guy like Gasol makes.

There's really no position that benefits a tall player like that though, maybe safety but you have to get low on RB's or they are killing you and a 7 foot WR going over the middle is just a big target, and I don't see 7 footers running 4.5's at the combine. People that tall will just play basketball because it's a much easier sport for someone of that height.
