  1. Maybe the Cavs shouldn't have been fouling... Thunder are a pretty solid defensive team.
  2. Hell no.... I don't get why barely being over 500. is a bad thing for the Thunder. We were not the best team last year and we're showing signs of being a future powerhouse. Green isn't doing too bad at the four, he's a pretty solid rebounder. Thabo is pretty underrated if you ask me, he plays great defense has good size and he can wet the three ball, for a while he was leading the Thunder in 3's. Ask for the Harden topic, I think we drafted fine, he's doing fine at the 2 and is actually impressing me, I didn't know he could pass the ball that well. Evans has it easy in Sac because he's the star there, they have NO scoring options, if you havn't noticed, Jennings is on a slump, why? Maybe because he was hot for the fact that 3/5 starters were hurt and Redd is having a terrible year. I love Westbrook, idk even know how you could think of moving him to the 2, he's a future all-star PG if you ask me. I'm totally content with the 2009-2010 Thunder and we're the future. Thunder > Blazers By the way Moe, I probably shouldn't have quoted you, only about a sentence of that was directed your way haha sorry.
  3. Ur crazy man, if Harden starts it's going to be at the two guard, he's doing a great job at the 2 and is actually a better passer then I thought.
  4. Yea I agree, I hope he doesn't turn into a bust. He was taken in the second round so people don't really seem to much attention to him, but remember, in many mock draft he was expected to go in the first. I even thought he had a slim chance at top 20.
  5. Best thing possible here, no surprise Mullens is gone, I hope he learns alot, I have high hopes for the kid.
  6. First off, I remember you from a Lakers board and second I couldn't tell you?
  7. Looking really good tonight vs the Grizz, Grizz are coming off a big win after they stole one from LBJ's Cavs.
  8. haha BTA does come first but I like it here. I'll probably just camp out in the Thunder section.
  9. I agree 100%. I wasn't to happy when we lost Ray Ray and Lewis but then I starting looking at how young we were getting. We drafted KD and Green and I was happy followed by Westbrook then we brought in Thabo and now we have Harden. The Sonics/ Thunder have had the toughest time finding a good big man but right now, I'm content with Kristic, I love his mid range game. Not to mention I think Mullens could really develop if we get the right man coaching him. Overall I think the Thunder have a very promising future and I can't wait for them to finish this season strong. If they get some playoff XP this season I think they can really be a factor next season. My favorite part about this team is they are battling with the Western Conference, even though the WC has slowed down a bit in the dominace catogory, I still think they're the better conference.
  10. Hey OTR. This is the real Durant35, I wasn't even on the computer yesterday but I guess you guys got spammed. I read everything on BTA and on this forum. I know theres no hard feeling and I know you guys know who really did this, but I'm just here to clear my name and tell y'all that I'm a reliable Moderator over at BTA and I would never do such a thing. The man that did it (SWED) and I were not really friends from the start (haha) and idk why he picked me of all people because he didn't seem to like or care for anyone but I just wanted to tell you guys I'm a pretty good member haha Go Thunder.
  11. Playoffs in sight as long as we can fight off the Jazz. Next season is when they make their move.
  12. Yea, if you ask me, Kimbo doesn't even deserve a UFC fight. White said he had to win TUF to get a fight and he's far from doing so.
  13. Never really did give myself an intro. I'm Durant35, I also go by CaptainGreenGanja and BuschBeer. I love my Lakers and Thunder I'll always be a fan, I'm not a bandwagoner. I hate the Spurs and Celtics. I'm a Ravens and Titans fans for football, Hate the Colts, Pats and Manning. Flacco and Reed all the way. Big Cleveland Indians fan...or was, havn't been watching baseball these last 2 years. NCAA Football I like Texas, Navy and East Carolina (Chris Johnson). NCAA Basketball I like Texas, Gonzaga (Hometown) and Western Kentucky. I'm not a fan but I follow Nova. Anyways I played football basketball and ran track in HS and now I'm a Freshman in college and I'll be playing PG in college next season. If you have any questions hit me up.
  14. In order these are my favorite beers... WINE COOLERS DONT COUNT AS BEER lol 1. Busch 2. Henry Weinhards (Blonde) 3. Bud Light: Golden Wheat (Has that ale taste to it.) 4. Sam Adams (Boston Lager) 5. Heinakin/ St Pauli Girl. (Taste the same to me, the girl just has less skank if that makes sense)
  15. Dang that stuff looks great. I'm glad I'm a busch fan though. 10 bucks for an 18 pack of tall ones.
  16. The Bobcats? Not a chance man, they already have a good guard rotation and Acie Law probably won't get any playing time. He's talking about going back to GS because he won't play for the Cats. If he plays again rumor has it that the Knicks are going to sign him if not, then he's going home.
  17. Oh man, the Celtics are going to be even stronger...
  18. Vin Baker, Detlef Schrempf and Hersey Hawkins were also fan favorites.
  19. Thanks lol Yea I see what you're saying but I guess it sucks when your team is finally starting to rebuild and you see nothing but a promising future for the team then you lose them. The Sonics fans gave up because we had no youth and no hope. Then we finally get Durant and Green and I was very excited then I found out we were losing them and we drafted Westbrook which was cool. Then this year we nab Harden and Mullens. Nothing but a promising future if you ask me. Fans from Seattle love their football, just don't see why we couldn't support the basketball as much.
  20. Great site here as well y'all. I'm loving the banner changes in the team forums too.
  21. Not a big deal? I bet it would be a big deal if you were from Seattle.
  22. Usually when Westbrooks taking smart shots and being very aggresive we come out with a win, but when's he did what he did last night, they lose. I remember a few days ago he had 9 yurnovers. Westbrook is maturing into a great NBA PG. Some said he was a top 10 when he was at his best and I love the Thunder and Westbrook but he's just not consistent enough to be a top PG. He has a good team to work with and get better with down the road and I look forward to seeing how the finish this season. My guess, it's going to be a roller coaster type season for the Thunder, espicially if their getting their asses handed to them by the Clipps.
