Hey buddy!  Glad to see you here.  I thought I banned you?  :drinks: Jk...maybe a couple times, though.

Yeah, it's pretty cool to see everyone's old posts, and when you run across certain people or posts, you remember things about them.

    Welcome back!

I'm going to go out on a limb and say you banned him more than once haha.

Probably multiple times, but I'm pretty sure they were shorter times. That was the age where I was often more in just troll mode, but that got old after a while. It's just like every time I view Twitter, it's troll post after troll post. It contributes nothing.

  2. Got an email recently saying this site was up and running still. I would look here every once and a while to see if anyone posted anything, but it obviously died out for quite some time. However, it'd be great to see it up and running again. It's been a little more than six years since I posted here.

Crazy seeing some of the names when scrolling through this thread, even recent posts.

  3. Seriously, how can you live in that garbage state with Dictator Bloomberg there? That guy is one of the most retarded people there is. It's hard to be dumber than Mayor Menino, but he's certainly done that.

Let me pay $7.50 for soda with my pizza delivery because two liter bottles are no longer allowed to be delivered with pizza.

    Strong gun laws.

    Strong infringements on rights.

    Strong everything.

There's only two states worse than NY. One is the state that likes to have more illegals than legal citizens and likes to have an amazing amount of debt, and the other is the zombie eating state.

MA is closing in on the top three, but thankfully we haven't gone full retard like NY.

  4. ECN what kind of gun did he use? How many bullets? Would any of those be outlawed? Seemed like an effective home defense to me.

Also, where's my $100? Gotta have it saved up after the big shingle sale of 2012 and those website referrals, amirite?

Off-topic as usual with you. No surprise here.

Also all the money you owe basically everyone here for the Pats not winning it all.

I already messaged your Paki relative to get his and yours paypal two weeks ago, and he said neither of you wanted it. If you want it PM me.

    ^^^

Same thing. PM me your paypal. I'm not sure if you'll be able to because I can't receive PM's from Obama phones.

  5. I think the fact that teams practically refuse to offer sheet RFA's is ridiculous in the NHL.  To not pursue every possible avenue to improve your team is ignorant, and an insult to your franchise and their fans as far as I am concerned.

I don't care if another team is pissed - maybe you should have sorted your shit out with your player before he was a free agent, or not held them hostage because they are an RFA.  The fact that they also get compensated for losing an RFA (quite handsomely as well mind you) makes it even more ridiculous teams get so pissed about it.  I get its annoying to have a player taken out from under you, but guess what, if the GM calls you and tells you they are thinking of offer sheeting your RFA, that should be more than enough.

It's ridiculous a player like O'Reilly is still not playing because his team is holding him hostage because no one else will offer.  If Colorado tries to [expletive] you over by overpaying for one of your RFA's, well then so be it, enjoy the picks they'll be sending your way.

Enjoy having your own players thrown offer sheets the next season or whenever contracts are up. You can't just go around offer sheeting everyone you like. It has to be the right person.

I don't get the ROR love. I think it's completely unwarranted.

  6. It's an impressive statistic, but no one cased about stats this specific when Michael played. I'm sure there were some neat stats that made him look amazing also.

I don't see how this stat makes LeBron the best ever. Right now, LeBron is in at best top 5 ever, but definitely not the top 3. Michael Jordan and Kobe are ahead of him, and they have 4 and 5 more rings, or reasons, that put them ahead.

When did I ever say LeBron was the GOAT in this topic?

LeGOAT will soon be the GOAT though, will Kobe in the second spot.

  7. In an individual's life, those threats don't come often, generally, unless you're a drug dealer/user, or you're mixed up in some illegal activity. Like I said, there are more of us who have never had a gun pulled on us (MANY MORE) than those that have. Many.

So, again, don't compare us to law enforcement.

It's obvious you don't like examples, and you keep ignoring them. We all don't get special SWAT and military gear just because there's a threat we could get blown away.

You act like I'm sitting here saying we shouldn't have guns. I'm not, for the 100th time. If someone enters your house, if an armed man steps into your home...then it's FINE to have a gun. You DON'T need anything more than a Glock to protect yourself.

Huh? What would I do if I gained access to a nuclear bomb? Absolutely nothing...so that means everyone should have one?

See, this tells me you support the purchase of fully automatic weapons, lol...and you wouldn't mind living in Libya. Are you really THAT big of a gun advocate?

Dude, I'm talking to someone else about this on another board, and he has 52 guns and is a collector, and even he's not on that bus.

I run marathons, not laps. Notice that you're the one asking the questions, not delivering the counters. Tell me why a Glock isn't more than enough to protect yourself from this extremely dangerous life we all supposedly live.

I just went out and paid my car payment, by the way...and I did it without a gun. Pretty intimidating out there today.

I have to go to work in a few minuets, so I'll make this pretty quick until I get back.

You are being a complete and utter hypocrite, and like to dismiss arguments you don't like, and then try and play a similar argument if it suits you.

    1. You said, "In an individual's life, those threats don't come often, generally, unless you're a drug dealer/user, or you're mixed up in some illegal activity."

What's your point exactly? Assault weapon killings don't "come often" as well as statistics show? So, once again, what was your hypocritical point?

    2. Oh, a pistol does the job all of the time? .

    Notsureifsrs...........

How many articles would you like me to pull up for you where people have been shot in the face multiple times and survived?

Actually, I just clicked on a lawsuit case from CA a minute ago in something unrelated to the gun debate, but have a quick read.

    Brb, shot in face.

    Brb, not dead.

Oh, you have to live in Compton to be robbed and assaulted? .

Just stop with the nonsense, stretching what I've said, and flat out claiming I'm saying something that I'm not when it's clear as day what I'm saying.

  8. Dude, the first sentence is all you needed to say. It helps come to the conclusion that we are not similar to the police officers that SHOULD be able to carry certain guns.

Many people have? Of course. Does that mean we should all own SWAT gear and military armor?

Yeah, there aren't 11,000 deaths all by assault weapons...but you're focusing on the wrong thing. The primary issue is to make sure guns don't fall into the wrong hands.

What's the difference between a Glock and an AR-15? 15+ rounds, typically? Just a guess...I think the idea is to keep high-capacity magazines out of the hands of people in general, and I'm reading that AR-15's can fire 100 rounds (semi-autos, I'm well aware of what the fully automatics can do).

No, but how do you know I'm not just sitting here and lying to you about it? How do you know I'm not an emotional wreck, caused by a combination of being blind in one eye + diabetic problems + early stages of kidney problems + high blood pressure meds also used for depression?

    1. So, you acknowledge people can face those similar threats, yet you just dismiss it right after. Right........

    2. You said that you wouldn't go shooting people if I gave you one of those guns. Great, that's exactly what I though. So, why then are you so against others having those weapons that would not go out and kill people either. Your insecurities (people on your side of the debate) about others should not infringe on my freedoms and rights.

"Oh, I wouldn't shoot anyone, but maybe that person would, so lets ban these guns"!

This is a discussion that's just going to go in circles.

  9. I answered your questions, so answer mine.

Have you ever had a confrontation with an armed man or woman, or chased after one, like most police officers have? Simple question...yes or no.

There isn't a single lie in that post I made, by the way. I don't live in Afghanistan.

    No, I have not.

Many people have though, but you can try and deny that all you want. The fact of the matter remains that the threat still exists, and it quite common, unlike deaths by "assault weapons".

    Answer me this:

If I were to hand you an AR-15 or any semi-automatic weapon, would you go out and shoot people? Yes or no?
