I've been watching it, and it has actually been very fun to watch. These women do not dive and flop like little bitches nearly as much as the men do, and the games have been fun to watch.

Team 2 is superior to team 1. According to most of you, D12 is a God on defense, and add onto that Duncan and LeBron. You have the best shooter from either team on team 2 as well. The inside presence on team 1 is only Shaq. Team 2 would eat them alive unless Shaq rapes D12.

That's fine, and it would have taken you all of half a second to realize that I'm not going to say something about the ratings and be off by 500%+. Anyways, I still don't understand how the NBA isn't much further ahead then the NHL. Yes, $1 bil is a big difference numerically, but percentage wise compared with the revenue of the other major sports, it's not that large of a difference. I think it should be much larger, especially with the market the NBA has.

You could probably figure that I was specifically talking about the Boston market....you know,....where both the Celtics and Bruins are from....two of the teams that are being compared in terms of ratings in their respective sports. Get back to me and please tell me I'm wrong about the Boston market.

I messed that one up. I should have said the difference isn't as massive as people think it is. The difference isn't nearly as big between the two sports as the difference between the NBA and MLB and the MLB and the NFL. It's actually embarrassing that the difference is not much larger between the NBA and the NHL. The NBA needs to get their act together. I want the NBA to succeed, but it's pretty odd that they aren't doing much better than they are compared to the NHL when you consider that the NBA has a large influence in China, the rest of Asia, and Africa, places the NHL does not.

You said the NHL wouldn't benefit. I said they would because they would increase their revenue.

I think people tend to under value Greg Jennings and Mike Wallace. I think they are all very close, and can see arguments for every team.

The NHL makes nearly the same amount of revenue as the NBA, and their viewing has been increasing each and every season. Game one of the Stanley Cup Finals this year had better ratings than game one of the NBA Finals with Celtics and Lakers two years ago The NBA needs to get its act together. I never would have thought it was possible five years ago, but the NHL may very well surpass the NBA ins viewership and revenue in the near future.
