He didn't drop it because he fell. He dropped it getting up to celebrate, like he should have. What do you want him to do? Do you want him to catch the ball, get two feet down while maintaining possession, bring it home to his family so they can have dinner with it, and then return it to the ref?

This has to be one of the worst rules in the NFL. He had possession, two feet down, fell on his back/side and still maintained possession after hitting the ground, and then put the ball on the ground to get up and celebrate, all in one motion. I really don't know what else people want him to do, and it's funny that someone said he was being careless. .

They scored, and that's all that matters, but my point was the defense wasn't as bad as the score may indicate.

Just like the 49er's, the Bengals got STOMPED! Almost all of their scores were lucky as hell. . - The first FG should never have happened because there was a pick, yet they refs said the Patriots were offside. - The first TD had a David Tyree type catch on 3rd and 10. - The next TD was bull-[expletive]. The Bengals got a good spot on both 3rd down and 4th down, where they didn't even get the first, but were given it. So, I'm not really disappointed in the defense. The Patriots defense was playing the score in the second half, but I have no clue why the Bengals didn't keep running the ball.... I also wish Kevin Faulk knew how to catch the ball today.......

The Giants are pretty big favorites in this game if you go by the spreads and money-line. I hope this is a great game, although I won't be able to see it because I'll be at the Patriots game.

Good for him. He absolutely deserves it. I'm glad to see him maturing both on and off the field. I like that he set Michael Crabtree straight, and that Mike Singletary had Vernon Davis's back. I don't know if he'll have the same stats this season, but I'm expecting big things from him this season.

I'm not confident in any of the games. I'm most confident in the 49er's and Dolphins. I'm also surprisingly confident in the Colts beating the Texans. However, the Chargers SHOULD beat the Chiefs.
