As someone who's seen Henne and the Dolphins, they just aren't as good as a lot of people think. The lack of overall talent on that team is astounding on both sides of the ball. The fact that Jason Allen starts for them says everything. Henne is good for about 1 bounced pass per drive too. He's got no touch and they need a legit number 2. Bess is best used as a third down guy(which they do a very good job of) and in the slot.

His point is valid though. When we talk about Pearl Harbour we don't say Japanese "extremists" or German "extremists" when talking about the Nazi's and WW2. I understand its not the politically correct way to put it but I think by now people realize who it was and can separate the 2 even if someone just says Muslims. I don't think people are that dumb.

What they should've done is just introduce some of the pro-combat elements (the shoulder stiching, helmets, undershirts) into the current uniforms and not go overboard like they did with these. Hopefully the Pack gets a cool looking jersey though.

I don't think he's dumb enough to be generalizing the entire religion either. He said on tonight's episode of his own show that he realizes that it was a small sect of Muslims and that most Muslims did not want 9/11 to happen. I think it was pretty ridiculous for them to walk off the set too. If they found it offensive then they could've said so and then had a regular back and forth discussion.

I think he definitely could have. This is Michael Jordan, easily the biggest competitor to ever walk onto any court we're talking about. Jordan had to play against the Celtics, Bad Boys, Lakers, Knicks and some other great teams who were allowed to play him as physically as they wanted. You're telling me if he went up against a bottom-feeding teem in today's NBA where defense isn't on the mid of some teams he couldn't drop 100? I definitely disagree.

Well it was Muslim extremists who flew those planes. He should've added the word extremists so it wouldn't have sounded as if he were generalizing. He's not wrong though about how American's want to know about where the funding is coming from and that 70% of Americans think its inappropriate.

I'll say the loser of the Minny/Dallas game this week misses the playoffs. Its real tough to start out 1-4 and make the playoffs.

Dissappointed in the team so far. This isn't a 3-2 team. We have the talent to be 4-1 or even 5-0 but we have some SERIOUS coaching/administrative issues going on within this program. Personally I think Shannon is hot garbage. I've tried to defend the guy but the FSU game was the last straw for me. There's no way we're 4 touchdowns worse than FSU, its just not possible and even FSU people have said that. We can still run the table as our schedule gets a lot easier now but I don't really have faith in our team to be honest. The bigger problem here is Donna Shalala, the president of the university. She's more concerned about not having any off the field issues and 100% graduating rates than winning football games. I'll gladly take UF's arrest record if it meant 2 more national titles for The U. Hopefully after this year we bring in Gus Malzahn, Mike Riley, Gary Patterson, Troy Calhoun or Singletary. Then I think we'll see the U come back.
