I personally dont like NYC after the 3rd time I went to. I even ate at Planet hollywood in manhattan cause I missed LA so much . It was actually a pretty cool place because they had all these items there from famous movies and like a lifesize statue in color of the joker. Pretty awesome restraunt. Food was good too.

I have to agree with you my east coast friend. The way hes playing on a severely injured knee, what could he do on 2 knees? Hes at worst, a great defensive center who can block shots and guard multiple styles of attacks. Not to mention his offensive game is so polished that if you dont have someone to match up with him he will go to work on them, Perkins hasnt stood much of a chance in this series. KEEP BYNUM! I will reiterate this if and when we win the series.

OMG I LOVE DEREK FISHER!!!!!!! So glad we got this win out of the way, this takes a lot of pressure off of us in games 4 and 5, hopefully we play more relaxed and hold the big leads we get. Fisher was absolutely amazing, the closer plus he shut down Ray Allen. Kobe shot ATROCIOUSLY, but he was still effective in being a leader and doing what it takes to win. 29 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals, 3 blocks, shut down Rondo, tremendous defense. Maybe he could still get that Finals MVP after all. But anyways, to heck with the individual stuff. Hate on Kobe or whoever else as much as you want, we got the 2-1 lead. I just want to beat these Boston mofos!

Sorry Erick didnt read all of it, but admire your work <3. I think you can sum up Bostons defense against KB in one word, ZONE. Maybe a box and 1 as well? For years they have made it tough on Kobe because they have Allen who is a decent matchup defensively for KB, and then they put a defender on the opposite elbow, along with two bigs on both blocks. Pretty good D I would say. But the big thing is how well they help and recover.

Im glad we have a lead early. Its good that we establish the confidence we already had of playing in Boston.

I dont feel very good about coming back to LA down 3-2. The Celtics are a tough road team and they have shown they can beat us in LA. Facing elimination would be a huge pressure cooker to us, anything can happen (such as foul troubles, Ray setting records, etc) which could cost us to lose the series. We NEED 2 win in Boston. Come back home up 3-2 is the only scenario which benefits us.

Damn Gasols supporting cast is pretty good. The role players need to step up and help Gasol.

I think were in a lot of trouble now heading to Boston. Were in a situation where we need 2 out of 3 in order to get the scenario we want, which is up 3-2 with a chance to close it out at home in game 6, and game 7 as a fallback. If we only take 1, were under the microscope in game 6, and Boston has shown they can beat us in LA. Allen is the Kobe stopper also.
