  3. Interesting game. Hornets try to tank so they could have a shot at 8 seed. Mavericks might tank to avoid us in Round 2. Who can tank harder?
  4. We need Memphis to lose out so we get New Orleans in the first round. Without West that team is terrible inside, we can do without Bynum for that series. That will give him time to come back for round 2. But man this sucks. Makes you wonder if hes even going to be 100 % again for the postseason. Why does Bynum get injured all the time but Pau is always healthy as a rock.

  6. When thinking about teams possibly trying to lose to avoid certain playoff matchups in the first round, it got me thinking. Do teams actually try to lose some games? Wether it be for draft purposes, or to avoid playoff seedings. Do they actually talk about it in the locker room before the game. "Ok guys its the last game of the season, if we win we probably end up playing the Lakers, if we lose we play the Spurs. You guys more comfortable with the Spurs? Okay lets go out there and lose then." Makes me wonder if teams try to lose on purpose sometimes.
  7. Alright cool. Lots of information in this thread so far. Do you do any other ab exercises besides crunches? If I mainly do those will it be enough? Right now I have like a 2 pack and strong obliques, but I cant get the lower abs strong enough it seems. Btw B is sexy
  8. Question 1 : I can lift between 15 and 25 lbs. When I lift 15 I can do curls 10 times, feeling a little bit tired by the 10th time, and I normally do this 5 times in sets of 10. I can lift 25 lbs, but I get tired after about 5 curls for both arms. Once I reach my 5th set I can barely do 4 curls. Which set up should I stick with? I want to get bigger and dont care about strength endurance or w/e. Question 2 : I am also working on abs and they have come along way. I think im supposed to eat more in order to get bigger (such as arms and chest), but I want to also get a six pack, and in order to do this you need to have not much body fat. So should I eat a lot or not? For whatever its worth I drink protein powder and dont eat junk or drink soda.

  17. I have no problem with Rose winning MVP this year. He has his team at the number 1 seed overall. With all the injuries thats amazing. His stats are solid and hes been a true leader.
