  2. i don't think i maxed out, i probably could have done more if my shoulder didn't hurt. maybe i needed to get use to the weights.
  3. I only did the squat once and somehow my shoulder started hurting and I couldn't do anymore, but it might have been traps. but it felt more like shoulder.
  4. Thanks again Nets, but man you don't know how discouraging it is to workout with football players. Trying to work my way up, but damn It's discouraging. btw, some reason when I was squatting I [expletive]ed up my shoulder .
  5. Shutting down Randy Moss isn't an accomplishment at least anymore, Since Randy usually shuts himself down. Wayne hardly got any playing time, so I'm not sure if that's even credible. Ocho-No-Show isn't that good in the first place. Andre Johnson is the only one I'll give you.
  6. Brooks isn't underrated, Lowry is. Brooks has a low IQ and a short understanding of the game of basketball. Great skills though, I won't deny that.
  7. Bit of an exaggeration. But It's obvious he's the most important one, and the best one.
  8. holy hell that's a nice [expletive] sig.
  9. +1 with all of them except Stuckey. Stuckey just isn't that good.
  10. and Nets, would you suggest that if one day I decided to work on biceps, I would have to work on triceps as well to even them out? Also, last question Is the most important body part to work on to improve your bench is your chest?
  11. Let's face it, most of us would have been like Curry. ^_^
  12. Positive that one of them Fitz had a pass interference but they didn't call it. And the other Wood slipped. Just to make it simple, Revis is the better cover guy, and Woodson is basically better at everything else. Woodson is the better defensive player, Revis is the better corner.
  13. I'm planning on joining, but I'm doing their workouts and they are having this circuit workout, 3 times a week after an hour of those real workouts where you write your progress on a sheet. I will talk to coach though, but I just wanted to know what I could do in the mean time. ' Would military dumbbells work too?
  14. Thanks for the advice, so what other workouts would you suggest that could possibly help my benching? like dumbbell routines or barbell routines is what i'm looking at.
  15. Larry Fitzgerald goes for 150+ yards, Most clutch WR in the NFL.
  16. Vincent Jackson, first to escape Revis Island. Seriously, 6'5 and a 4.3 40 yard dash, I don't think Revis has seen anyone as athletic or of his size except for Randy "I play when I feel like" Moss.
  17. Cowboys, As much as I would hate to see A-Roids, I mean Miles Austin and his team get there. They have the momentum. Don't matter, they'll lose to the Cards.
