  1. Wow, who cares? This guy has way too much free time.
  2. I think we can find a better fit for that role.
  3. Bill Simmons said almost nothing in that interview. He didn't report anything or confirm anything. He's also not even a reporter, he's a columnist.
  4. LMAO, ok dude. Do you understand how the media works? Do you realize how many outlets investigated that rumor so they could take it and run with it? Not one could even come up with an "unnamed source". That rumor has no substance whatsoever.
  5. Oh, you mean the Delonte West thing that was never confirmed by one legitimate source? This must be true then.
  6. No thanks. He's a nice player, but he doesn't provide anything the Celtics are in need of.
  7. You can't win COY with a team that's below .500, sorry.

  10. I can't figure out what OTR would stand for on a bball board.
  11. Artest. Doc Rivers said he's not sure if Big Baby can dunk.
  12. A franchise tag would be great in the NBA. Not every year, though. Let each team use it once every 5 years or so. That way a team like Cleveland won't lose it's franchise player for basically nothing. And for the player's benefit, the tagged player should become the highest payed player for the tagged year.
  13. I'm with you. I don't know how the Celtics can expect to win anything, considering they have aged a full year since last year. I believe the Lakers have only aged 3 months, and the Spurs 6 months, so I will give both of them the edge.
  14. hope not. I'm all set w/ watching old guys try to wrestle.
  15. The best part of him coming back is that he isn't old and decrepit, like most other guys who "return".
  16. I don't understand why anybody asks for Spike Lee's opinion on anything, Why is his opinion ever relevant when it comes to basketball?
  17. Dude, you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. I can't even respond to such nonsense.
  18. Why, though? Because you say so? Look at the roster for that team: Darrell Armstrong was the leading scorer. http://www.basketball-reference.com/teams/ORL/2000.html That team went .500, if I didn't know it actually happened, I would refuse to believe it. You have no reason to say Doc is a bad coach. I follow the Celtics more closely than most, and I can't think of one reason why anybody could consider him a "bad" coach. Sure, he could improve in a few areas, but that can be said about every coach.
