  1. And you're not a hypocrite? Considering you have about three grammar errors and a sentence fragment right thur lol. Cudi appeals to more people as his content is pretty heavily fan-oriented.
  2. But for someone trying to lose weight, and NOT maintain a consistent body weight or fat it's not good. You should never take pills? Not sure what kind of pill you're talking about, I take Fish Oil and Vitamin B daily with no negative effects.
  3. QFT. Saying Cudi is a good rapper is just [expletive]ing stupid, plain and simple.
  4. Their both pretty mediocre.
  5. It's fattening, there is much better way to get protein into your system. I only have milk in my protein shakes after I work out, and even then I only drink it if I have no Mioplex on me. Vitamin D can be found in pill form too. Green tea is good, just again make sure there is no extra sugar. Fish Oil aka Omega 3, 6, and 9 is a good form of fat.
  6. Well at least you kept an interesting argument. I think the Kobe vs. Jordan argument is irrelevant as well. You find this comparison in much of pop culture, a legendary veteran considered the best at what his job compared to a new star that people consider better than this veteran. I look at it as basically people so desperate to fill the void that that player took up when he retired, that they'll consider anybody to fill it. This can be seen for example in hip-hop. Many people consider Jay-Z the best rapper ever, then artists like Lil Wayne and the likes come around and people automatically try and make that comparison. I don't necessarily believe in this, or even that Jay-Z is the best rapper ever just as I do for Jordan.
  7. Cheers to me for having 1 out of 4 for my Final Four. :glasses:
  8. And how many finals MVP's has Lebron won? Oh yes, that would require him to actually win something which he has yet to do. Kobe has been excellent his whole career, not just the 5 years you're making out. Sure Kobe had Shaw for two of the championships, does that make him any less of a player? Also consider Shaw was the veteran at that time so no kidding he was the leader of the team. Lebron has yet to do any of the things you've stated that Kobe hasn't done. Kobe is much more of an offensive player. Along with that, Lebron is undoubtedly a narcissist prick which could also stain his legacy. Let's not turn this into a Lebron vs. Kobe argument as that's unfair. All in all, I think it's pretty impossible to label Kobe overrated as he has lived up to any hype he's ever had, then some.
  9. I remember you from other forums, you've always been biased against Kobe. I don't like him but I still know he's the best player in the NBA.
  10. That's basically the goal, it's pretty simple intake/outtake. No matter what soup it is it's going to have extra salt added, which is not good. Rice is also a no-no, it's basically empty calories. Cereal is the same thing, with extra sugars added of course. As I stated, stay away from almost everything pre-package.
  11. Well he didn't specify, I have a 37" and it is noticeably better than some of the 720's I've seen.
  12. I also have a Vizio, worth it and very reliable. Make sure it's 1080p though.
  13. You're much better off just doing something on a site like mydailyplate.com Again, avoid almost all dairy products. And don't eat cheeseburgers unless you get it from a grass-fed cattle farm.
  14. Premo, J Dilla, Just Blaze, 9th Wonder, RZA, Kanye West; just to name a few of favorites. Anyone else?
  15. If this is still on: AIM SN: chanman118 Team Wanted: Clippers
  16. www.liamrosen.com/fitness.html It's very simple, considering Diet is about 90% of losing weight with actual fitness being the other 10%. Just find out your daily calorie intake, cut that by 500-1000 and you will see results. ONLY drink water (no milk, that's only for when you're bulking), avoid ANYTHING prepackaged as it contains extra salt and sugars. If it's hard at first just try to ease into it as I did. I weighed 200 in May of last year at 5'10, I was unhappy and not in good shape. Now I'm 170, and happy (but not satisfied). In all reality though, weight has nothing to do with fat. If you really want to set a goal for yourself find out your BF%, and get it down to 10%-15%. Also do not only run, you want to lift weights to fill in the lost area of your fat (you don't want lose skin or stretch marks, not fun). You're lieing.
  17. Meh, I've heard the Entourage comparison a lot (of which I'm actually a fan of that series) but I'm not seeing it. I hoped it would get better after the first few episodes like most HBO series, but it really hasn't.
  18. Second episode was pretty intense, can't wait for tonight.
  19. Was pretty bad, but slightly enjoyable while high.
  20. Drake is ridiculously bad, Eminem hasn't had a good albukm since the MMLP. Cudi isn't a rapper. Lil Wayne actually has talent, but he hasn't really displayed it. What are you talking about? He had two highly acclaimed mixtapes (one of which was pretty damn good) and then So Far Gone which sparked a bidding war. Learn up stan. Cudi is horrible at freeestyleing, anyone with a bit of knowledge of hip-hop would know that. This is coming from someone who has listened to ALL of his freestyles, and am actually a fan of his first mixtape. He's mediocre at rapping and singing. He can actually sing? lol. Dudes need to step their hip-hop knowledge up.
