  2. Oh hi guys. So as most of you guys know, Brandon has been looking for ways to increase activity on the site. I thought it'd be a good idea to use my YouTube channel as some sort of way to advertise OTR, put in a good word, etc. I have ~9300 subscribers, so if I were to put a video up, there'd be ~2500 people hearing about OTR in just a couple of days. But the thing is, I don't have any good ideas on like the specifics of the video. So, if anyone could pitch in an idea on an advertisement video of OTR, post in this thread and we'll see if we can make something happen!! Thanks guys

  10. Slaven, do you ever work out while high? I did it again last night, and realized I push myself 3 times harder than I normally do while sober. It's weird because like I don't mean to, I just find myself working way harder.

  12. I've heard one gram of protein per pound of lean body mass. so if you weigh 200 lbs, have 10% body weight, take 180 grams of protein. Thats how I've been doing it.
  13. ^I tried them out and actually liked the sound of the Bose just a tiny bit better, but aesthetically there's nothing that tops Beats.
  14. I've tried Jack3d twice now, yesterday took a little more than 2 scoops, today i tried about 2.5. Felt nothing. On the way to the gym I actually felt a little more tired than normal. I did however notice my legs were shaking uncontrollably when i was doing shoulders today, but I think thats because I did ~12 sets of leg exercises before that. Not a fan of the product so far.

  16. ^Alright, usually my reps look something like 12, then 10, then like 4ish. the 3rd set is always terrible for me.
  17. Today I went to the gym after taking a 2 day break, and tore it up. Was able to do 100x12 and 110x8 on triceps pushdown, and 135x3 on bench which were new maxes for me. Feels great.
  18. Oh man Kyle you got to see the Broncos clinch the division? Sick bro did you take pics? I took one Absolutely terrible game to go to. Cold, Tebow had like 20 passing yards and we scored 3 points. The atmosphere was still great though and overall had a fun time

  21. Today I tried dips for the first time in a bout a month. Last time I tried, I really struggled to do just one, like when I was going down my shit was shaking. But today I was able to do sets of 4, 5, and 3. They weren't perfect, but it was a great feeling knowing how much I've improved my triceps
  22. Was able to get my dad 2 tickets to the Chisfs/Broncos game to see who goes to the playoffs. Bought it during like week 12 for $75 each ticket.. look now and the same section, shittier row is $313 per ticket. Got a nice little steal there Got my mom $15 iTunes card, some really nice slippers, and a printer/scanner I got my new phone (galaxy nexus), and a ton of gift cards from best buy, gnc, iTunes, nike, and an xbox live card pretty solid on both ends IMO
