  4. So does that mean I should work out less? I usually go somewhere between 2-4 times per week.
  5. I worked out for the first time in 8 days last night, and was able to do 2 reps of 135 on the bench as opposed to 1 (my old max). Don't know how that happened but I'm not gonna argue with it haha

  11. ^I have someone to work out with most of the time in Tucson, but back home in Colorado I don't have anyone to work out with, and I don't plan on benching unless I find someone or a spotter. I think it'd be more embarrassing to have to like scream for help if the bar is stuck on top of your chest than anything else hahah.

  13. ^Yeah my shoulders were probably the weakest part of my body... my right one just got tired so incredibly fast, despite the fact that I played baseball for like 2/3 of my life. It was quite puzzling but now they're way better and I can actually see them haha
  14. I know it sounds like [expletive] shit, but I was finally able to bench 135 today. When I first started working out IE 2 months ago, I was only able to do 25s on each side of the bar. So adding 40 pounds to my bench in 2 months feels like a huge accomplishment to me. #feelsgoodman

  17. So some of you may know that my HS had a finals exempt policy - I haven't taken a final since literally 8th grade. Now it's kicking me in the ass hardcore.
