  1. Could put up better numbers than expected in New Jersey, but he's not much of a team player, isn't consistent enough to really help the Nets THAT much.

I haven't watched him in the D-League, but I wonder if his defense has improved.

I watched the D-League all-star game and his play has really evolved. After every shot he hustled back on defense making a few key plays, set his team mates up on offense, and was a very big part of the reason the west won that game.

  2. One of the writers over at SBNation say he had headaches and that it was from a mild concussion, and it was also tweeted a few times last night, once by Woj.

D-Wheel sounds pissed he lost his team and city to LeBron James, and that he has been the second best two-guard for years. What the hell is his deal?

Dwyane Wade's reaction after the play was very telling as most players immediately check to see if the player they fouled is ok. Even his reaction in the article is ludicrous; even if KB did foul him as hard as he did on two other plays there was no blood at all to show for it.

My friend pointed out to me that he lost all respect for Dwyane after the Rondo incident in the playoffs and considering no one ever plays defense during the all-star game and hes complaining about fouls... SMDH.

  3. I don't have any expectations yet but I see him being a Chris Paul type player with a little more emphasis on scoring than passing.

I can surely agree with you on the comparison with an emphasis on scoring. I watched Irving earlier in the year and at times he seemed to force plays late in the game but that will will cease once he gets more experience in the league. Following that the game should slow down to him an a lot of those plays where he seems to be trying to carry the team will become a lot easier to him.

Interesting comparison you made as Byron Scott molded CP3 the same way he's molding Kyrie, coincidence I think not.

  4. That would seriously suck. He is carrying The Office this season imo, and if you take him off it probably goes down the shitter. And a show like that is so gimmicky it has potential to last maybe one season at the most. I like the Schrute farms part of his character, but I wouldn't want to see it week in week out.

In all honesty Dwight has always had a huge role in the show even when Steve was the boss.

  5. ARTICLE . 02.22.2012. THE OREGIAN . JOEL PRZYBILLA COULD BE HEADED BACK TO PORTLAND

    • According to agent Bill Duffy, who spent halftime sitting courtside with team president Larry Miller, Przybilla is expected to make a decision Wednesday between signing with Miami, Chicago, Milwaukee or Portland
    • "I think Portland is always the sentimental favorite for obvious reasons," Duffy said. "Joel has a home here and he had the best years of his career here. And at this particular time, it looks like he is needed, too."
    • The Blazers have made an offer to the 32-year-old center for the remainder of the season. Now they are waiting. Hoping. Wondering. "Joel knows how we feel about him," said Chad Buchanan, the team's acting general manager, and one of Przybilla's close friends. "And we are always looking for ways to improve our team."Jason Quick . 6. I have discovered a vein in my lower ab area that leads to my crotch......sexyyyy

TMI. Though consistency with whatever workout routine you do is the key. Your body will pretty much tell you when to do more reps or add more wight to your routine as our workout of choice will become easier and less struggle to complete.

  7. The Wolves are really set on getting Gasol, and I have a feeling they are going to try and offer us Derrick Williams and Michael Beasley for Gasol, Goudelock and a first round pick (and Minny includes fillers, of course).

I really don't like that deal. Makes us a faster team, but Williams is too big of a question mark for me right now, and while I would deal our TPE for Beasley in a heartbeat, I wouldn't trade a true big man for him.

Above all that, I actually like Goudelock, and a first-rounder in this upcoming draft would be great.

What do you think of McRoberts as a filler until you guys can possibly draft, or trade for a younger complimentary big to Bynum? Considering that Gasol has been in the league 10 years and Bynum only six, if the lake show is indeed building around Andrew I think a trade of Gasol only makes sense.

I say get any value for him while you can seeing as big men usually don't last that long in the league anyway.

Acquiring younger players along side the Lakers core like Beasley, a possible draft pick from a team, and an option at point would be a step in the direction in increasing their longevity as a contender for the future.

  8. ARTICLE . 02.21.2012. NOLA . ERIC GORDON HAS CARTILAGE DAMAGE

    • First off, you can label it as a bone bruise or say so,’’ Gordon said. ``Of course, it was a little more serious than that. It was a little bit of cartilage damage that came about, but nothing more serious than that.
    • Gordon said he began experiencing pain in his right knee when he was still playing for the Los Angeles Clippers, before the December blockbuster trade that sent him to the Hornets with Al-Farouq Aminu and Chris Kaman in exchange for All-Star point guard Chris Paul.
    • At that time I thought it was nothing serious because I was fine and nothing was swollen, Gordon said.
    • But Gordon said he could barely walk after bumping knees with forward Grant Hill in the Hornets' Dec. 26 season opener against the Phoenix Suns. Struggling with fluid buildup that required him to get his knee drained often, Gordon said he was examined by several doctors before a determination was made to require surgery. John Reid .
