Zo is still a beast, he reminds me of the Rock lol
-
I just think Zo should still be on this team lol...did you see that size of that vein on his head? That is the sign of a badass.

You gotta root for the East, can't disrespect the coast you live on.

Thank you Heat, way to fight back in this series. Big props to the Celtics, could have easily won this series, but we got more luck on our side.

I am going to have a heart attack in this game, every time we get the lead, we do something stupid. When we are on defense, I watch Ray Allen run through like 15 screens and he is always open, scares the shit out of me.
-
Yesss....there is the crowd, I wish they did that more often. It just sounds like primal screams, there was no chant at all lol

I highly doubt we win by double digits...I feel we will get off to a slow start, Wade will pull his usual shenanigans, and so on....game won't get interesting until the 4th because we will be behind 5-12 points most of the way, and Rondo will have a monster game. Quote me boiii lol I hope I am dead wrong, but I like to doubt the team until they show they are focused.

They are right though, who doesn't want to see Lebron vs Durant? Its also perfect drama if Lebron loses cause then they can hang on Durant's nuts for a while. You don't gain much from the Celtics winning if you are the NBA. Can't say the NBA fixed game 6 though, if that was their aim, it wasn't very evident.

If we (Lebron) come out with the same focus as game 6, I like our chances. Boston was not hitting their shots in game 6 though, Pierce and Allen have games where they don't miss a three to save their lives, and Pierce got in foul trouble early. As long as we keep Pierce in foul trouble (which is kind of easy to do) and play defense, I think the offense will fix itself. I am not going to say this is a win for sure, we haven't been too amazing at home this post season, but I think we should win this game.

I was just about to post this, I clicked on the baseball forum subforum and it took me back to the index.

The Marlins sucks again, scored like 3 runs in their last 4 games. Went from 1st to 4th in the NL East in just a few days.

In the back of my mind, I knew the site was not going to shut down. It did sound very convincing though lol

Hmm, I haven't seen anyone outside of Miami who likes them. I guess its because I haven't seen anyone here just randomly become a Heat fan.

I don't understand why our fans are not loud, Cuban people are loud as shit in every other setting you put them in. The games I go to are usually pretty loud, it just takes something exciting or a close game. I will be the first to say the fans spend like 90% of the game giving a so so effort in terms of cheering, but when its needed, they will stand up and cheer. Celtics fans were cheering with the Celtics down 15 and making a single basket, no way in hell Miami fans would cheer that. That being said, if you go to Sports Grill or Hooters to watch the game, everyone is crazy from beginning to end.

If Battier, Miller, Chalmers and Haslem can play at their best in the same game, we might come close to their supporting cast, but we are way too inconsistent to do that.

People are messed up man, there are people out there that probably like the idea of getting that messed up off of drugs.

My traveling history sucks. I went to Spain for 3 weeks when I was like 8 years old, then I went to Savannah Georgia, Washington DC, and New York all in one week during my senior year of high school. Aside from that, the furthest I have gone is to Tampa to visit my brother in medical school and to a beach 2 hours from where I live.

Why are Heat fans front runners? Not many people outside of Miami like the Heat, in fact, people outside Miami despise the Heat. I never understood this theory of us having front runner fans. The attendance has been good for years. We didn't all of a sudden rise from the ashes and start supporting the team, its just that no one paid any attention to us until we got Lebron. If its because the arena isn't as loud as everyone elses? There is more to Heat fans than people in the arena, there are various places around Miami that hold watch parties, plenty of people at home watching the game with friends and so on. If any team has front runner fans its the Thunder, all of a sudden, everyone loves the Thunder. Also, its not very classy to dump beer on someone, especially after he played serious all game, was very respectful, and shit all over your team. If someone in Miami had dumped beer on Rondo after game 2, the world would end, but the beer toss got 0 coverage. The Boston security also did nothing about it, there are about 10 cops lined up in the walk way with their heads up like idiots, and they did nothing.

Not yet, I could easily just buy a ticket to any game, but I haven't tried yet. I need to wait for a good weekend series. I have been to the stadium, but not for a game.

Which is LeBron's best playoff game this year
SRV replied to htownborn's topic in General NBA Discussion
Tonight's game was about 500x more important than the Pacers game. I don't think people realize what would have happened to this team tonight if we didn't win. Spo would be fired, we would more than likely break the team apart, and then deal with months of criticism. Its not over yet, hopefully he has an even bigger game 7, arguably more pressure on him because we are at home and MUST win. Plus, most of his points tonight were from the field and he barely missed. He could have gone for 50+ if we didn't have the game wrapped up 5 minutes into the 4th. -
Braves just shit all over the Marlins this entire series
-
ohhh shitttt...someone poured beer on Lebron.
-
Can this game end so these people can stfu already ECN either shows up when his team wins or to talk shit about Wade..he might not make an appearance tonight.
-
Yesss...there we go Wade

Nice cushion here, I swear we are capable of blowing it.
