Thats sick I haven't gone to an actual firework display in ages...my parents have outlawed doing anything for the 4th of July or New Years for some reason. Last year we were in New York for New Years and instead of staying in Times Square, we wacthed in on TV from our hotel in New Jersey. Although I didn't care because they lock you in all day for the Times Square show.

Jacory Harris just sucks.....I never saw the hype with him. I hope he rots on the bench for the rest of his life. He played well for like 3 games, and then took some scrub potion.

Last time I benched I could only do like 45 on each side..like 3 reps before I would get destroyed. I haven't benched in like a month though.

Butter fingers came through in the clutch....I also saw Lebron talk to him for the firs time all year, I was beginning to think no one talked to Joel lol

I am becoming so protective of my money. I went to the mall today, with $300 to spend, and I left with nothing. I blame it on the fact that there were way too many people at the mall and I was at the point where I was trucking through little kids to get to where I wanted to go lol I would walk into a store with my dad, and while he was looking at something I would stand near the ugliest piece of clothing to stay out of the way, and somehow people just decide to flock to where I am standing..pissed me off so much.

People that watch Wade on a daily basis know how good he is. I have known his true value for a while. If you depend on ESPN to fill you in on players, they don't give Wade nearly as much credit as he deserves. He doesn't even get talked about now, ESPN talks about Lebron more than Wade.

Yea the Celtics are 2-0 against us.....they got us good. I just want to play them now that we have this run going, they beat us when we were that garbage team that everyone doubted. The 9-8 teams compared to this team is like comparing the T-Wolves to the Celtics.

Ok I understand the Lakers play well in the playoffs, but you have to admit they look like total garbage so far. All teams are making moves to compete with the Lakers, trios are forming everywhere. The Lakers are falling behind and I am sure you guys see it too. PLaying this way, you would be lucky to make it out of the first round. If they show no emotion because its not the playoffs, they should just pay their fans that spent about $500 to see them today. No team goes out and throws a game because its not the playoffs, they got outplayed early and gave up. That is not the sign of an NBA champion.

That was last year man. They aren't the same team. When you are losing to quality teams, and to the Bucks on your home floor, you know something is up. Kobe is playing with like 30 injuries, and you can't say it won't affect him down the road. Plus their road in the playoffs won't be easy at all. The Spurs, Mavs, Thunder, Jazz will all make them look horrible.

OK, imagine if the Lakers won this game. This topic would be more like this 1. This trio blows 2. The Heat can't beat any quality teams 3. Kobe is so much better than Lebron 4. The Heat can't rebound or defend dominant low post players 5. Whatever else you could think of But the just Lakers lost by about 20 points,on their home court. Its not "just a regular season game". It was a statement game for both teams...and our statement was tthat we just destroyed the defeding champions in all phases of the game. The Lakers showed they were scared, they had no emotion, they made no runs. They were completely shut down. Thats pretty big for us considering all the crap we have been taking. Also, Lebron just got another triple double. Guys might hate him, but its pretty easy to see all the doubters only inspire him.

Kobe has no doubters....the Heat havwe doubters. Kobe doesn't have much more to prove.

Atta boy Heat. Very happy with this team. 49 out of 50 states said the Lakers would win, everyone said the Lakers would toss us around in the post and make us look like little girls. We have come in to LA, and dismantled the Lakers offense. Very proud of this team.

I expect the Lakers to come back, but they look like garbage right now. We aren't even playing all that great and we have a 9 point lead.

We can't afford to blow this lead. Keep swinging. As you can see, the Lakers are playing like idiots and all they can do is [expletive] and moan about not getting any calls. Take advantage and increase the lead, and defense is playing great as well.

Whoever isn't guarding Kobe tonight is going to have a "day off" on defense. So hopefully Lebron guards him so Wade can take it easy on the defensive side and light it up on offense. If this argument seems really stupid to you, I heard it on ESPN and thought it made sense.

Oh my god. I am never driving anywhere the day before Christmas Eve ever again. I went out to go eat, I spent an hour in traffic on what would usually be a 10 minute drive. People just become brain dead when they see more cars than usual. If I was a cop, I would have given out at least 30 tickets to people who blocked the intersection today. I was stuck at one instersection for 6 straight lights because other cars kept blocking it.

I didn't even make a list this year, and my parents never asked me what I wanted. Kind of actually makes me wait for Christmas this way, seeing as I have no idea what I will get. Probably cash.

That defending champion talk is BS. You are DEFENDING your championship, you haven't won it already. The Lakers are the ones with a target on their back. Also, winning a championship means absolutely nothing for the following season, you still have to prove you can win it again. The Heat won it in 06, one year later we were out in the first round, year after that we were the worst team in the NBA. So really, the fact that the Lakers won two championships doesn't mean anything to me, it just means that they have to play well to get to the third, and right now, they are playing just as bad against "elite teams" as we are. Yet we get labeled as not being able to beat good teams where as the Lakers have a magic switch on their championship trophy that allows them to beat good teams whenever they are in the mood for it. This talk is just really hypocritical IMO.

Spent my day at Ikea. Its like the Disney World of home decorating....and then the rest of my day was spent building all the furniture bought there. For being the shortest day of the year, I did a whole lot of stuff. Its not even 7, so I still got time to build even more stuff.

The ending definitely leaves it open to a sequel...I agree some characters were just thrown in there, but they were all explained in one way or another.
