It's actually pretty sad that these speeches most likely represent a huge influence on who people will be voting for. The election system showcases everything that is flawed with American politics.

Landeskog youngest captain in the history of the NHL.

One year left on Kidd and Murphy. Nene can go too. Looking for picks this year!

I use classic controls and it never worked for me in '12. Ballsack.

In general, I love the weathered steel feature. It fits in very well with the surrounding area, unlike Gehry's design, which belonged in Las Vegas. It looks near flawless on the other side of the arena, in my opinion. There is that obvious blunder on this side. Most people think it's a result of the workers for the company behind this going on strike and stopping activity for some time, causing a difference in the degree of weathering.
I really don't think the major draw to the arena will be the daytime design. It is an entertainment centre that will be used primarily at nighttime and so far the design using the light to peak through the steel designs look sick.

Read an interesting stat on Netsdaily.
Shelden Williams hit just eight shots outside of dunks and layups all season while DeShawn Stevenson made only two shots at the rim. Remember, these two now former Nets played 2,236 minutes and started a combined total of 65 games.Typical Net fan post stating 'Deron had no talent' but the truth is he had absolute garbage. I think Legacy's list is extremely accurate but any of those players could finish the season in the number one ranking.

What no, and there is millions of people in Canada and in America who are hockey fans who can buy the game as well. But they know the game is not good as FIFA. Also just like there is millions of people who live in Europe and buy FIFA because it is a good game and has great AI technology, which is the best AI technology in the world when it comes to sports game. This was even an issue on the damn hockey EA forum, what don't you not realize this, these hockey guys over there are much higher and more of a hockey gamer then any of you on here. So they know more then you when it comes to the techology that our in these games.
I'm confused on what you are trying to prove. NHL 12 broke records for sales last year and almost everyone I know who owns a system has purchased NHL 13. Your mixing up popularity of a sport and including sales. If you were to offer the regular American the option of any of the major sports games this year, NHL would be at the bottom of the list. Heck even FIFA wouldn't be a top choice for most. The only people in my area who play FIFA are Europeans.
As far as the rest, it's just an assumption. Go download NHL 13 then come in here and state some points from your view rather than EA forums and sales totals.

Actually there was a speed burst in the previous games but isn't one in this game. Your player gets to full speed now by just skating straight for a few good strides.
Confusing it with 2012. Press L3 and you'll see a burst. They are calling it 'hustle".
-
Had very low expectations downloading the demo but was pleasantly surprised. Skating has improved a ton and the physics are actually almost NHL level. I tried doing a trick around the defender using Lucic and he actually pushed over the defender once he lost the puck. A lot of shielding of the puck and small picks included.
Graphics have improved and so have the goalie motions. Much smoother gameplay overall which makes it impressive. They added back a speed burst button which is huge too.
Negatives are the goalie masks are still complete ass. Fighting is still a KO but overall I'm super impressed. Even the crowd was smaller at some games which if added, would be a nice boost to Be A GM. I suggest giving it a download.

Troy Murphy is an All-Star. Come get him.
-
Jermaine, Murphy and Kidd can go for just expiring and picks. No talent needed.
-
Nets accept!
-
Carlos Boozer
Troy Murphy
Jason Kidd
Peja Stojakovic
Boozer and Kidd might take a first. Not looking for any talent for any return for Peja so you can combine any of the three for pretty much nothing.
-
Download the Just Cause 2 demo and see if you like that.
-
Boozer and Stojakovic on the block. Not looking for much in return other than picks or youth!
-
Accept from this fine gentleman.
-
Duncan may go for only a first but combined with Carter can go for expiring. Might keep Kidd if no good deals.
-
Accepted.
-
Duncan, Kidd and Carter on the block.

One dude sounded like he could be Chris Tucker's brother.

Got a boatload of PF and looking for some center or small forward depth. PM me.

Yea because they are the same company and FIFA come out with this stuff first, then just slipped over to NHL.
Most of the stuff you listed was either started by NHL or Madden though.

Only sports game to have space analysing - So when you set a formation you players will follow that order and also go in to open spaces and make chances happen. (This is AI which no sports game has and even this was addressed in the EA forum for Hockey they were clearly talking about this)
Much higher, much better dribbling improvment - In the old FIFA's its like you were kind of playing ping-pong
Much harder scoring - It's so hard to score a 30meter goal and 40, 50 meters do not exist anymore. Unlike in the old FIFA's you could even score a goal from 50 or even 60 meters (which is little over half the field)
HIGH upgrade to the defense and the smartness of the defenders - Again in the old FIFA's the defenders were so stupid they won't do anything.
You can actually play as the goalkeeper and come up to defend, come up to tackle the ball - In older FIFA's you could not do this.
There is more that I cannot think of, right off top of my head now.
You can replace FIFA and replace it with NHL and nobody would know the difference in this post.
