Montreal just signed Manny Fernandez which pretty much puts an end to Halak as it's pretty easy to see that Stanford and Manny will battle for the back up spot. Eukland is also reporting that Habs are 'close' to trading for Alexander Frolov which would include Halak IMO.

We were in the battle for the 8th seed with Vince Carter on our team. You add LeBron with Bosh or someone else and you say we will miss the playoffs? We might not win a championship but I'm sure we'd make the playoffs.
