I think the fact he hasn't been charged in either case is a factor but the Rooney and the NFL will work together to likely suspend him. I would be very surprised if they didn't. However because he is the franchise QB, i don't see them trying to trade him now and probably not anytime soon because of the contract. It's too big a number for the Steelers to explore trading him especially since he hasn't been charged. I do hate that he puts himself in these positions. Thus plus I <3 Dennis Dixon.

There were also reports that if Leon Washington signed his tender he would be part of the trade. I doubted that from the start and seems to have no legs right now.
