  1. I think the Jazz actually lost more then the Suns, and really don't see them doing much this year. I actually like the Suns, and think they'll pull away tonight with a victory.
  2. Hopefully the Celtics are still a little worn out when we meet up with them on Fri.
  3. I can't wait to see Griffin play. Portland might be coming out a little tired after a big win against Phoenix last night, but I really think this will be a tight game.
  4. Agreed. Even thought Illson can really get me angry with some of his shot selection, he always seems to sink a fair amount of buckets. Amare came up big in the end and grabbed a few big boards. I was disapointed in Mozgov and expected a lot more outta of him other then 4 quick fouls, but loved how Fields stroked it and hustled on the boards.
  5. This is great, LBJ can't take down the C's but the Cavs can! Ah, I love it.
  6. Wow, last time I checked you guys were down by 6 with two mins ticking...how'd it happen?
  7. Good win, pretty sloppy but a win nonetheless
  8. We really should be playing better then this, I don't know why but it looks like the same old Knicks out there blowing [expletive]ing leads.
  9. And a nice seven point lead early on, kind of actually impressed by our defense.
  10. The Yankees will not re-hire Dave Eiland as our pitching coach, and will most likely rid ourselves of Vasquez, Berkman, and Nick Johnson.
  11. Going as The Beatles for Halloween, our costumes are amazing.

  13. Vick shouldn't have even been allowed back in the league, is this guy insane? Jesus T.O, you have no credibility whatsoever.
  14. Good, I'm a really big fan of Chandlers. He's got so much potential and is an amazing athlete, he could be an all-star someday. I really don't want to see him traded either, we need to keep the real athletic players we've got.
  15. It's about 60/40, most of my friends I've met throughout the years of playing sports, but I also have some who don't We don't really talk to much about sports in school, there's plenty of other stuff to discuss in high school.
  16. It's funny how Yankee haters come into the gameday thread and troll the crap out of it. Stop trying to stir up controversy and actually post about the baseball game. One game at a time, we focus on today, then focus on Game 6 on Friday.
  17. Yeah, we're probably the team with the best chance of acquiring him, but the actually chance of it happening is slim. No matter who he plays for, he'll be putting on a show every night. If he really, really wants out of Denver he'll do what AI did a couple of years ago and hold out. They should at least get something for Melo, and not do what Cleveland did with LBJ.
  18. If I was still into ball and trying to get better I'd definitely save up for these, white men need every advantage in jumping they can get.
  19. The chance of this actually going down is slim, talks about trading for Melo are so common nowadays.
  20. Alright, we the first 7.5 innings of game one how we played all of game two, sloppy. Both of our starting pitchers got knocked around, and we didn't jump on Lewis and Wilson. We were too focused on facing Cliff Lee in game two to realize we were facing two aces who were tough themselves. Game three is huge, if we take down Cliff Lee and Andy pitches great, we have a good shot at taking the series at home. If we lose, we'll have to eventually go back across the country and we might not be able to take at least a game in Texas.
  21. Douglas played absolutely great. It's good to see him making improvements and shooting a lot better then last year.
