Please just take out one of Findley or Altidore out for Hercules, both are just horrible and we could use someone who can help us match Ghana's speed.

Haha I think I will. Patrick Patterson sounds a whole lot like Carl Landry with the rebounding and defensive capabilities, possibly more potential than Landry ever had. Two thumbs up on this pick.

Strange to see Morey and the Rockets so quiet at draft night. They are very happy with the Patterson pick though and we already have a talented roster, wasn't a real need to trade. Very, very unhappy with the Timberwolves. Why was Babbit traded for Webster? The 30th and 35th picks don't seem that impressive. I've lost a lot of faith in David Kahn tonight.

I knew the Rockets like Patterson a lot but if a top talent evaluating staff had Patterson 6th on their board, and to find him right at your lap at #14 is amazing. I was originally unhappy with this pick but I'm growing to like him as the reports flow in.

Draftexpress on the Rockets' targets at 14: Not surprised that Houston likes Aldrich but Patterson/Henry are interesting, both haven't been discussed much and there was much doubt that Houston would even select Henry if available. I'm assuming by the "???" there is at least one unknown prospect Houston wants. I hope the mystery player is Hassan Whiteside, still would love to have him on the team.

Its been known for quite some time that one of Love and Jefferson will be on the out. Al has more trade value than Love, hence all the rumors surrounding him.

In a audio clip interview Johnathan Givony (Draftexpress) says he will be surprised if Houston were to take Whiteside. He goes on to say Patterson and Aldrich will be great picks for us.
