The Blazers are 13 games above .500 while the Rockets are only 4 games above it. Our playoff chances are slim to none.

I'm so disappointed by this team. It wasn't so long ago that we were #1 in the nation.

That didn't even cross my mind. -_- Thanks and I'm assuming now that Snow is back, Hope is going to be 10x more annoying than usual.

"Operation Nora is over." "What?! NO!" The boss battle when Snow comes back is so hard. -_-

"Major Concerns" for Bogut playing in Worlds
Dash replied to Jenneral's topic in Milwaukee Bucks Team Forum
He's been getting a lot of pressure from China lately. Chinese fans and the media are already calling him a 'traitor' because he wants his wife to give birth in America and if he missed the WC, it would only make things worse. 7 footers need the offseason to rest more than any other NBA player especially those with an injury history. Hopefully all three teams can come up with a cover story or something of the sort to give their bigs much needed rest. -
"Major Concerns" for Bogut playing in Worlds

I hear you. Houston is feeling to the same way about Yao possibly returning in time for the WC. Both players have a history with injuries and their countries shouldn't be pressuring them to play and put their careers and team's seasons at risk. Besides neither China or Australia are going to be major players with or without them. -
Yeah, this whole game is riding on whether Coleman explodes for 30 or not.

My bracket is officially ruined.

After the Houston Rockets selected Hakeem Olajuwon in the 1984 NBA Draft, the Portland Trailblazers called in and offered Houston the #2 overall pick and Clyde Drexler for Ralph Sampson. Houston declined (Sampson was a fantastic player at the time and led the Rockets to a finals appearance) but what if Houston did do the trade? Houston would have very likely selected the great Michael Jordan. So my question is, just how many championships could a team of Olajuwon-Jordan-Drexler have won? Do you think they could have coexisted in the first place? This is something I have been wondering about for quite some time.

Nice, I'm only 12 hours in it too. I've heard that it takes 20 hours or so for it to finally pick up. Either I'm pretty fast or the length of the game was exaggerated. LOL I remember that. Everyone in the game seems to have a tendency to just ditch him but he somehow tags along anyway. I think its strange that Hope had this strong ambition to kill Snow but one real tiny speech from Lightning (like 2-3 lines) changed his mind. The 'side of truth' must have moved him. I picked mine up from Gamestop for $60.
-
All the fighting seems pretty pointless too (well at least in the caves). I wouldn't mind the fighting so much if you could choose your party leader. Is that when Lightning gets Odin? That was my favorite part of the game so far right next to when Lightning pounds Snow. When Hope said "operation Nora" I wanted to hit something...

End of disc 1 and the beginning of disc 2 are brutal, constant fighting and you have to control Hope and Vanille for a few hours.

Rockets comeback vs Denver video
Dash replied to YugoRocketsFan's topic in Houston Rockets Team Forum
Yeah, the atmosphere was ridiculous. It was the loudest I have seen it a long while. I'm still getting goosebumps about the win. -
Ah I see, thanks. Its to see him with the ball more and show that is more than a spot up shooter though. That said, I think Ariza was being too passive that game. I'd say his ceiling is much better than that. Trevor is only 24 years old and its his first year playing such a vital role on a team. If he works hard with the team and on his game during the offseason, I think he could be a legit 15-16 ppg guy for us even with Brooks/Martin/Scola/Yao next season.
-
I'm so glad I went to this game! Probably the best game I ever went to. @ Real Deal - was Ariza always such a good passer with the Lakers? I think there were at least 10 times where Trevor would slash to the basket and make a excellent dish, but no one seemed to be making shots off them. Still the way she slashed and passed seemed almost T-Macesque (maybe I'm stretching it).

I'll give it to Legacy, his was better overall. Swish - 8 Legacy - 7
-
And he isn't so cliche and cheesy like some of the other characters.
-
I'm assuming Yao isn't an option. 1. Dwight Howard 2. Andrew Bynum 3. Andrew Bogut 4. Marc Gasol 5. Chris Kaman

My guy's overall is just 48 and I got a triple double with him the other game. After that game, Phil benched Ron Artest and placed my guy in the starting lineup next to Kobe.
