I think we're going to limit it to basketball for now. So far we got... 1) fish7718 2) IllWill21 3) ChosenOne 4) trutrojan8 5) Rainbow Dash 6) Sublime? 7) Hawks Fly High 8) The Hutch? Halfway there if Hutch and Sublime are able to make it.

That would be pretty sick. Lets fill up those spots guys!

Really bored right now so I want to start on a new article but can't think of a topic with the lockout. Any ideas? Anything besides Yao's retirement would be fine, I tried it and got too depressed.

How interested would you guys be If we were to start a debate tournament? Concept isn't too complicated, two members per topic would debate on a subject that the judges will assign and the member with the best argument would advance in the tournament until only one remains. I would like to get at least 16 members to sign up, if we get more or less then we'll figure out something to balance it. I'll be in the tournament depending on how many sign up, if we reach 16 then I will be on the sidelines as a judge maybe. Anyways right now I just want to gauge the interest level on this board for a tournament.

No haven't had that problem. Every time I click the "profile" page it doesn't work for me.

Nice, that is the poll I submitted the other day. By the way, is the profile page working for anyone else?

Nice we would open the season against Utah but only 2 nationally televised games. Oh well.

And Cena is back to sucking Rock's dick, he seems to do this every time Rock buries him in order to save face. http://wrestleheat.com/john-cena-talks-fired-wwe-apologizes-rock=9424/ And Rock responds by calling Cena a "phony".

Kevin Nash: “MITB better than any mma ppv I’ve watched. Punk continues to gain my respect and Jay is the F**KIN man,WWE at it’s best” Mick Foley: “I don’t think I’ve ever been jealous of a wrestler’s character before. Money, yes, character, no. @cmpunk has changed that. Damn. Damn!” Steve Austin: “@CMPunk and @JohnCena had a big time pro wrestling match. I loved it. And I loved the finish. Congrats to both guys. Great stuff.” Steve Austin: “WOW!!! What a Tremendous reception for @CMPunk! That was a 10 out of 10. Hell Yeah!”

Heard a rumor that Punk was advertised for tomorrow's show.

Great PPV overall but the main event...wow. Punk laying out Del Rio was the icing on the cake.

DANIEL BRYAN! -
Has everyone completely forgotten about Al Jefferson? After Deron Williams was dealt to New Jersey, he put the team on his back and averaged 21.5 points (on 52% shooting), 11 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game. Not to mention he is only 26 years old, not sure why everyone felt like they absolutely needed to draft a center and I can't see Kanter developing into a player much better than Jefferson. What Utah needed was a wing and an upgrade at the 1 but unfortunately for them there wasn't anyone that that played either of those positions worthy of a 3rd overall pick (except Irving and Williams). They should have traded down and taken one of the point guards (Knight or Walker) or better yet, out of the draft completely and acquired proven talent.

I can't see Cena turning heel, at least not tonight. -
Read more: http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/214763/Report_Kobe_Was_Close_To_Signing_With_Besiktas#ixzz1SJEyUN2P This is the same Turkish team that signed Deron Williams a few weeks back.

Harry Potter: The Deathly Hallows part 2
Dash replied to Dash's topic in Movies and Television Forum
You're going to be a bit confused if you never read the books but I always thought the movies were a lot better than some people made them out to be. I'm a big fan of both the movies and the books and this last one is easily my favorite of the series. Anyways time to start rereading from Sorcerer's Stone. -
New main style (may need to refresh browsers)

Looks great, nice work RD. -
Valanciunas is the best prospect available and with rumors that most (if not all) of the upcoming NBA season could be cancelled then its all the more reason to draft him.

Harry Potter: The Deathly Hallows part 2
Dash replied to Dash's topic in Movies and Television Forum
*spoilers* Awesome movie. From the half hour mark to the end, the action was nonstop (except for when Harry looked into Snape's memories). Probably the best movie of the series but I didn't like that they skipped some pretty important parts and felt there was lacking some emotion during the ending. Like Fred's death was brushed off as nothing, didn't show Lupin die either (didn't in the book either but was hoping they'd show in the movie at least), and when Voldemort was dead nobody seemed to care, etc. Either way I loved it. Great ending to a legendary series.
