They're just more confident in general because we have a better team this year and we're underdogs.

The ownership was set on getting someone cheap. IMO, hiring within the organization was the right move. Now it all rides on what Joe Johnson decides to do. If he stays we'll still end up being a 50 win team that will continue getting knocked out in the second round. If he goes, we're screwed.
