First off, I don't smoke. Only drink beer (which is good for a man's heart lol). and they problem is usually only at night, or right when I get in bed to sleep. When I take a breath in it feels like a needle going into my heart or lung. So i try not to breath to often and a little softer. Sleeping on my stomach is usually better. Anyone know what it can be?
