You're cut, Stephon Heyer. How this guy got picked up after his stint in Washington is beyond me. Up there for most useless player in the NFL.
-
Great blitz pick-up recognition by Moreno. He may be a shitty running back, but I guess he has some value.
Blocked punt! Looks like lackluster coverage and a late boot by the punter.
-
It may have a terrible sponsor, but the stadium at Mile High is incredible. Looks great and a terrific atmosphere.
-
Also, Von Miller is an absolute stud. Absolute monster in pre-season and looks to continue the same. Strong DPOY candidate.
-
Jacoby Ford is going to be featured heavily this season it looks like. As well, Hue Jackson with some interesting formations to start the game. He's doing it right, getting the ball in his playmakers hands.
-
Is that a joke? He owns the Steelers.
I know, I was hesitant to put them up there but I did just because they're a team that can put pressure on someone.
-
Hopefully he gets it an a TD. You will finally notice how smart I am........even though I never would have imagined how many yards he's thrown for. .
The numbers are obviously inflated by what will likely go down as the shittiest single down defensive playcall of the year, but Brady has been clinical tonight. If he gets good protection he's lights out. Miami has a great defense but it's run stopping unit, that pass defense isn't great at all and he torched them accordingly. Would like to see this against the Jets, Ravens, Steelers, etc.
-
Interesting kickoff scenario by the Dolphins. Like Harbaugh's fake false start last night.
-
Tom Brady only needs 44 more passing yards for an NFL record. Too bad he won't get it.
Knowing BB, he probably will.
-
The Dolphins have had some inept tackling and playcalling tonight but these last two plays were just horrible. I knew where Henne was going when he spread them out and that offensive play is as simple as it gets.
[expletive] Tony Sparano. My [expletive] is he awful.
-
That just has what the [expletive] written all over that. What the hell kind of a break on the ball did that safety just make? Blizting 7 on an empty backfield? Is this real life?
-
Cameron Wake and Nate Solder are having a great one on one battle for most of the night thus far. Wake starting to come on, but Solder has played well.
-
Best 2 out of 3. Brady 2nd consecutive MVP, Brady Super Bowl MVP and then the o/u 12 1/2 wins. I'll take under. Whoever gets 2 out of the 3 wins.
-
Really interested to see how this Miami team plays tonight. I don't expect to win by any means, but they have such a sick defense and if they can get any continuity with Chad Henne going he has a couple of really nice weapons. It's an intriguing team, I really want the Dolphins win and Henne to play well because of how much shit he took this past offseason. I don't expect a lot but if they play well I'll be on board.

Just write about the Canucks, I really don't have a favourite team in any other sport. Just go extra in depth, specifically Burrows, Kesler, the Sedins and my favourite player, Max Lapierre!

I am being objective. I'm stating the obvious, and the truth. I don't like the Cowboys either.
I won't take you're bait, but you're wrong. The Jets have a worse record than the Patriots since Rex Ryan became close. A playoff loss is a playoff loss.
I bet you Tom Brady wins his second consecutive, and third MVP this season, and wins a third Super Bowl MVP? You too scared to take that bet?
Or, if you're so confident, why don't we make a bet on the Patriots final regular season record. I'll put the o/u at 12 1/2, and I'll take the over.
U scurred?
Regular season success (albeit probably only 3 or 4 losses anyways) doesn't mean anything when comparing the Jets have gone farther then the Pats both years in the playoffs.
OK, I will take both bets. Ban bet, balls in your court. Nut up or shut up.
-
If ECN is right, and Tom Brady throws for 5 touchdowns and the Patriots win by 30 points, I will never post on OTR again.

I don't even know who the worst team in the NFL will be, to be honest. Carolina played well, Cincinnati is a sleeper team especially if Palmer comes back, Cleveland can still right the ship, so can Kansas City. Denver under John Fox could be good as well.
Is it possible Indianapolis will be the worst team in the NFL?
-
What game were you watching? Revis was shit besides the INT Romo threw directly to him. Dez owned that chumps ass.
Also, I don't know if I've seen a team get so many fortunate wins like the Jets.
Houston, Denver, Cleveland, Detroit, Dallas, ect. The list goes on and on. A team only has so many lives, and they will run out of them soon enough. Granted, they did enough to win those games, but they were all lucky as shit. It's beyond frustrating to watch.
Also, the Jets had no penalties last night. If that is how the play disciplined football, they're in big trouble when they start committing penalties.....like holding Ware every play.
Of course you aren't being objective at all. He was good, he played Dez well at times and at times Dez burned him. Dez only had 3 catches and the touchdown was on Cromartie. Revis played well.
Good teams win close games. The teams on the outside looking in don't win those games. All the Jets do is win. You mad since Rex came in the Jets > Patriots? You mad Tom Brady is damaged goods and can't win in the playoffs anymore?
-
I just re-watched the second half. Romo wasn't incredibly bad. He wasn't good, but it's the first week and I'm willing to give the guy the benefit of the doubt. He's a good quarterback, I would buy low on his stock and expect him to bounce back. Let's be honest, this is his first meaningful game since last season.
Also, Dez Bryant is going to be a monster oh lawd. He was great last night, but Revis was also good. What a fantastic match-up within a match-up.

At first I thought it was just a great play by Hawk, but I guess you could call it either way there. But in today's NFL it's probably a PI more times then not.
-
No. I only listed to about two minutes total from all of the videos. I wasn't sitting through all of that. .
Canucks in 3. Amirte? .
I still maintain we would've won if we didn't lose Hamhuis. It's basically taking 2 d-men out of the equation because Bieksa is awful when he's not with Hamme.

I didn't want to make a new thread, and I wasn't sure where to put it, but Tony Gallagher and Jason Botchford are the two most annoying, pompous, arrogant, and stupid people I have ever heard speak.
http://hfboards.com/showthread.php?t=978439
SOOOOOOOOOO ANNOYING!
Also, I know Tony Gallagher was the moron that wrote an article saying the only way the Canucks would lose is if the NHL was on the Bruins side because of Campbell, and bitched and moaned about it. That guy is so damn annoying.
Did you seriously listen to all of those? lol
Also, Botchford's fairly knowledgeable but he doesn't have great sources within the organization. Gallagher's just a moron.
