He has passing skills, vision, he can even be that do-it-all forward like a mini LeBron James. But work ethic wise? I'm not sure... if he shows up out of shape again, it could be another disappointing season. Because I believe he should even be a better player than he showed as this past season. He's still young though, so he can change his work ethic... then New York will be looking at a legit one-two punch... that superstar FA + him.
