Not interested in this game tbh, but I want Paraguay to win so more South American teams advance.

That seems to be the case for everyone for just about every morning game.

You got a bet on this game bro?

Fo' shizzle - placed a few bets today:

DRAW NO BET -- Paraguay:

- odds 1.51 / Stake: 2-ish / Profit: €1.08

More than 0,5 goals (1 goals or more):

- odds 1.28 / Stake: €2.05 /Profit: €0.50

- odds 1.36 / Stake: €2.55 / Profit: €0.92

- odds 1.42 / Stake: €3.73 / Profit: €1.57

Whoever scores - Shaliq wins! :D

It's a shame that the worlds most popular sport on the most popular stage needs a gimmick to end a game.

Penalty kicks shoot not decide a game, especially during the World Cup.

Hockey has them, but not during the playoffs, and fatigue should not be reason for having them or the game lasting too long either because they need to suck it up.

That's an absolute disgrace to all of sports. It's downright pathetic, and yet another thing that blows dick about soccer.

So what happens if both teams are tied after the Extra Time (Over Time) period??? They play another one, or they just play till 'Sudden Death'?

FIFA used to have a 'Sudden Death' ('Golden Goal') rule for the Extra Time: that's exactly how Germany beat the Czech Rep. in the Euro '96, for example -- they scored a 'Sudden Death' goal.

FIFA eventually changed that tho'.
