Can't you Philly fans be happy winning the Wild Card?

I'd be fine with it, I just want the Phillies to get into the playoffs, because I will take my chances with a healthy Phillies team in a 5 or 7 game series against any other team in the league, home field or not.

But the division is way cooler :D.

I think the best scenario would be if both teams have playoff spots locked up by the final weekend, so all that series determines is who wins the division and who is the wild card. It also would be a pretty wicked NLCS.

[expletive] this. Doc got BABIP'd to death in the first inning and gives up 2 avoidable runs, and the Phillies hitters look clueless against a mediocre pitcher. Quite typical. This team can waste a great pitching performance like no other.

Austin Jackson's BABiP is .421. Ridiculous, it's amazing he hasn't come back down to Earth yet. Extended luck doesn't typically run this long.

I wish the stat for most times a team has been no-hit into the fifth or sixth inning was more easily accessible. Seems like it happens with the Phillies every week or 2. Against mediocre pitchers, too.

It would be nice if the Phillies actually looked like they had a plan or something. Kuroda is not dominating anybody, the Phillies are swinging at whatever garbage he throws early in the count.
