bigdog17k Posted November 28, 2010 Report Share Posted November 28, 2010 Sources: Ellis Hobbs mulls retirementAfter suffering another neck injury that landed him on injured reserve last week, Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Ellis Hobbs is likely to retire, according to sources close to the team. "There's a good chance of that happening," a source said Saturday. Hobbs, 27, is expected to undergo neck surgery next week for the second time in a year. One source said that if Hobbs had to make a decision today, he would retire.
