What Suns team was better? With Phoenix missing the playoffs by six games, did they just need to give Richardson a full season, or was it that they didn't have Carter from Day 1? Carter needs the ball in iso situations to be really effective, while Richardson works much better off-ball and is the better 3pt shooter.
