The guy who threw the stone is Maxim A. 22yrs from Orel, Russia - petty thief and drug dealer. He is now charged with 3 criminal counts including aggravated intentional assault causing death and drug possession. He faces up to 15 years in prison.The taller, bigger one is 26yr old Oleg Ch.
