After he was called for the offensive foul, Andre poked the ball out of his hands (much like Garnett did when he tried to swat the ball out of LaMarcus' hands after he fouled him) and Garnett smashes his forearm right into Andre Miller's chest. The refs didn't call anything and acted like they didn't see anything. Yet on a fast break when Rondo is driving in, Miller just barely brushes against Rondo's jersey from behind with his hand, just the slightest touch and it's a foul call.
