Flight
West, but it's getting closer. The bottom of the East is a lot weaker than the bottom of the West, while up top it's a tossup.
moeroadkill
wanna say the east but west is better.
Jetto
West is more competitive however the EAST has 3 legit title contenders. Boston, Cleveland and Orlando where as the WEST has LA and San Antone.
s.t.a.t.
West The west used to be the dominant side no question, but now there are a few teams that can contend. Other than those few teams the competition is pretty weak. I mean when a team is .500 or below and can make playoffs i mean come on. The west has its dominate teams but the rest of the teams are better than the average teams in the east.
OldChili
The gap between the two is definitely closing, but the West is still better in my opinion. Much more competition in the West, but the East has more legitimate contenders.
ManOnTheMoon
West barely.
andreusito
If we're talking about the whole conferences, it's the West, no question about it.In the East you have Cleveland, Boston and Orlando, but besides those three, you got good teams like Miami and Atlanta, but those have no chance for any surprise or upset. In the West you got the Lakers and the Spurs I guess, but also teams that could very well win some games against really good teams, like Portland, Denver, Dallas, NO and Utah.I also consider that Western non-playoff teams are better than Eastern, since in the West it's teams who have a base and are haf-decent (see Wolves, Clippers, Grizzlies, Warriors).
