Crabtree slated to debut for 49ers as starter

Coach Mike Singletary revealed Monday that there is a "strong possibility" Michael Crabtree will make his 49ers debut in Week 7 as a starter.

Split end Josh Morgan will likely lose his starting job. It's a big surprise because Morgan is the run-first club's best blocking wideout and second-leading receiver behind only tight end Vernon Davis. Isaac Bruce will stay at flanker. "They gave him my spot," Morgan said Monday. Crabtree, who must've been highly impressive in bye-week practices, is worth owning in all leagues.
