Weed does not significantly harm the body at all. It doesn't kill brain cells, it doesn't lead to cancer, it can't kill you. All you'll do is MAYBE cough for a bit and that's it as far as potentially temporary harmful side effects. Your supporting evidence is not helping your case, you have yet to explain to me why weed should continue to be illegal the way it is. They get arrested for the safety of children. The children are a group that is in danger from it, which group is in danger from weed? None.
