  4. A secret chapter of the ancient 'Pimp-a-Rag' papyrus has been found near the Nile Delta of Egypt. According to its mysterious prophecy, a Buffalo Braves supporter, known in O.T.R.'s underground chambers as 'Šhãłïq', would post it sometime around 2007 A.D. That's like 29 moons before the 2009 disaster... So Šhãłïq is afraid the original thread writing has been lost.

  5. You're never allowed to cross out that saying. It's now required that, if you do ever talk about pimpin' ya ragz, you have to say it. It's a piece of OTR history. We all have something to be remembered by, and this is yours to keep, lol.

  6. My chick who is in the dental field got me this gem. I wanted it for a long time but it is pretty expensive. She got her office discount on it. http://www.design.philips.com/philips/shared/assets/design_assets/images/imagebank/iF2012/IF_hires12.jpg

  7. I generally like the more chill, old school guys with the sweet pipes as opposed to the more "hip" new age PA guys that just scream obnoxiously. But if you have the old school approach, you have to have an awesome voice and great approach to make it work. Personally, I cannot stand the Heat guy (not trying to troll, just speaking the truth). Whenever a Heat player hits a 3, I have to mute my TV.

  9. You mean the Shaq that averaged 13PPG in the NBA Finals that season? Yep, Wade completely rode his coat-tails. And it's funny you mention the wheelchair thing when Pierce did the same thing. The difference? Wade spent the next month and a half on the bench in a suit, while Pierce was playing 10min later.

  11. btw I think the Kobe-Bird comparison is actually really close, might even favor Kobe.

  12. Good on Lebron man. He did nothing wrong at all. Ah well some people are just so tough when they know they can't be touched. Losers of life everywhere, we all gotta deal with them. Though I wouldn't have minded Lebron getting in the dudes face some more hehe.

  13. LeBron should have embraced the hate, jumped over and gave him a Ron Artest.

  15. Collison worked great in the system down in New Orleans where the PG dominates the ball, don't see how his situation compares to Lin Collisons numbers changed when he went to Indiana not when he was a Hornet.

  16. While we're on GFX discussion... Here's a set of 'J-Lin avatars': http://s17.postimage.org/jeiag7d1r/395508_10151238662130391_609845390_22318040_1327.jpg

  18. This all reminds me of that huge month Darren Collison had back in New Orleans. People were legitimately discussing the possibility of trading Chris Paul and build around Collison. The reality of this situation is that Lin will get scouted very soon, and will level off. But that's not to say he will revert back to being a D-Leaguer, as long as Dantoni is in town, his production will still be there. http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/c/collida01/gamelog/2010/ Just go to January of that year and look at the absurd numbers he put up in Paul's absence. I think Melo will make this work. He's one of the top spot up shooters in the league, one would think he would relish the opportunity to get high percentage shots with defenses focusing on the Lin-Amare-Chandler pick and roll.

  19. Couple of things today. First, he played today against Prokom, which has Donatas Motiejunas, a 1st round pick of the Rockets last season on it and put up: 13 points, 14 rebounds (6 offensive) and 4 blocks on 4/10 FG and 5/8 FT in 30 minutes. Not his usual efficiency as he shot just 40% opposed to his typical 65%+ but he did a great job on the glass. Most impressively is that he held Motiejunas to 10 points, 9 boards, 2 steals, 2/9 FG (2/2 3PT) and 4/4 FT. Motiejunas was 0/7 at one point, but hit two threes late. They weren't guarding each other the whole game, but there were times when they were on each other. Some highlights. Jonas specific highlights were: Jumper at 35 seconds Spin at 1:40 Block at 1:55 Up and under at 2:53 Second, he was named FIBA Europe's Young Men's Player of the Year today: Rubio won this award three times, Rudy Fernzandez won it and last season Jan Vesely won it, although many thought Valanciunas should've won it last year as well, but Partozan (Vesely's team) had a really good year so I guess Vesely got it, even though Jonas was better.
