  1. Kings or Hornets. Maybe the Grizzlies or Warriors? Haha, I'm more interested in what team will move.
  2. Welcome to the best. I'd give you an intro to the site, but it would take a while to post, haha. Best thing to do is just discover all the features yourself. I see you already added a profile background...a new feature added not too long ago, actually. The sidebar gets more important as we close in on next season...will have a scoreboard and standings added once games begin. Just a lot of stuff, really.
  3. I re-sized the profiles that are customized. I'm not sure why they were so much smaller in width. That was a board default, but I think it's better if it's the same size as a regular profile.
  4. Those bottom five trios don't deserve to be mentioned. Out of all of those players, only Kidd was a legit superstar. Rose isn't there yet.
  5. Boozer is better for Utah than Jefferson, and there's too much uncertainty with Jefferson's health right now. And Bell is the better defensive player, while Korver is the best shooter in the league. Problem is, again, we don't know how much Bell will contribute due to his health, and the Jazz are probably losing Wesley Matthews, who is a very good defender. Utah will struggle a bit more next season.
  6. Without going too deep into the debate, it's basically the argument that Hedo will or will not have the ball at certain points in the offense...and the FIRST question is, will that change his game for the better, or disable his ability to contribute altogether? As I said earlier, Phoenix is looking for a third point guard. It's an indication that Nash is going to get less playing time, or less ball-handling duties. What else tells me that? Hedo to Phoenix. So you can assume that Turkoglu will be involved, but now we're asking just how much. In Orlando, Hedo did push the offense. He played like a true point-forward. The Raptors had two point guards that were comfortable running the offense...but not as comfortable as Nash, and because Phoenix lives off of Nash's playmaking skills, and the fact that he's one of the greatest playmakers to ever lace up a pair of shoes, there's a big chance Turkoglu will be getting the ball even less.
  7. I was hoping I wasn't the only one to see this, haha. Man, C-Webb had me in tears when he kept telling him, "Don't put me and Darko in the same sentence." I think the "best big man passer" comment hurt Webber, though. I have to say that Chris is the best big man passer in the history of the game, better than Vlade and miles better than Darko.
  8. Not that disappointed, really...there's still more.
  9. Raja says the Heat are out of the question, LA is the only team left. Says nobody can stop Kobe... Bring him here.
  10. Not sure, but you have pieces to trade. Felton just found his way to New York for $7 million a year. He was there. Houston could've given him that 4 years, MLE and he would've probably considered, at least. If he wanted more, sign and trade. Just one person, though. It's just too much for Lowry.
  11. I never said he wasn't worth keeping, but he's not worth OVER the MLE every season. That $24 million is about $8 million too much.
  12. Haha, the Lakers fans spammed the hell out of McGrady's Twitter account, telling him how bad they want him to win a ring and all. So yeah...keep it up. There's a good chance it may catch his eye every day, and he'll end up seeing the support he gets from the fans in Jersey more than any other fanbase.
  13. Four years, $24 million? Why would you guys want the Rockets to match that? Lowry isn't worth it.
  14. Second best. Korver is, hands down, the best shooter in the NBA.
  15. Not that significant, guys. You do realize that Chandler is far from the player he was two years ago, right? Part of that is due to multiple injuries, part of it is due to no Chris Paul.
  16. Damn, I used to have it bookmarked. I believe it was a group discussion board, actually...Google groups? It was archived, supposedly discussion from all the way back in the 80's (don't ask how, I have no idea). Google, Yahoo, MSN group discussion...one of the three. Blah.
  17. Understatement of the year. Hopefully, Ebanks gets more playing time than Walton by the end of the season (especially with Walton looking more and more like the old version of his dad out there), and Blake starts over Fisher by...February. Hopefully. But you know Phil.
  18. The difference is, the Lakers have a superstar, and all-star, and a star as their big three. Teams stacking up three superstars, or two superstars and a starting all-star...just not the same. Los Angeles is home to a dominant team. Apples, oranges.
  19. Well, it was funny, to me, because it was Steinbrenner, and you couldn't expect anything less from him. Those bans were serious and warranted, sure. The controversy when it came to how much involvement he had with the team, things like that...in-house, not off the field (the Nixon and Winfield incidents), that's mainly what I was talking about. I probably should've worded my post better.
  20. Next season's five looks like this: C - Amare Stoudemire PF - Anthony Randolph SF - Danilo Gallinari SG - Wilson Chandler PG - Raymond Felton Not really much of a bench (Douglas, Turiaf), but not much of a roster beyond the five, either. Still needing to sign some guys. Can New York win 40+ games? Do you think they can sneak their way into the East playoffs next season?
  21. Both New York and New Jersey can slide into that eighth...just depends on how well they play as a team. I am still convinced the Nets tanked, though. Harris and Lopez, and the role players they had, may not have been able to win 40 games...but they nearly tied the worst record in league history. I'm not a believer. Given the team they have now, and assuming Favors won't be an absolute bust his rookie season, the Nets can be a 40-win team out East...and that's enough to get in. New York? Same thing, with Amare, Felton, Gallinari, Chandler and Randolph. That's not a bad team at all.
