I just prefer that the best players start in the game to celebrate the best players of that particular season. It bugs me that a role player like KG is starting in the all-star game. I probably won't even watch but I get annoyed that Iverson and KG are starting when they shouldn't even be there to begin with.

Depends whether or not the Suns have any value placed on Hickson and whether or not they think they can do better. Hickson and firsts is definitely comparable to the Pau Gasol deal, and would make the Cavs instant favourites to win it all, at least in my books. Amare played really well when paired with Shaq before IIRC. Again, if the Suns dealt Amare for Hickson and picks that would be as bad as the Gasol deal, absolutely horrible for the Suns. I definitely think this is speculation, sure the Cavaliers may be interested but I doubt the Suns are. This writer is comparing the Shaq deal to this potential deal, when really Shaq and Amare are valued 100% differently.

I still think we are better than all of those teams including Memphis and Miami, we have to go 7-3. What will we go? Honestly we could go anywhere from 4-6 to 10-0. 7-3 is my hope though.

He shouldn't for 2 reasons. 1 to be healthy and 2 to let the superior player start . Anyways I read on RealGM that he is 100% and they aren't worried about limiting his minutes in Boston, so I don't see why he would skip the game.

Now we have the easy part of our schedule, I forget what it is exactly but I saw it on RealGM, horrible teams. We better go at least 7-3 on this stretch. EDIT: I just went and grabbed the list: JAN Wed 27 vs Miami Thu 28 @ New York Sun 31 vs Indiana FEB Tue 02 @ Indiana Wed 03 vs New Jersey Sun 07 vs Sacramento Wed 10 vs Philadelphia Wed 17 vs Memphis Fri 19 @ New Jersey Sat 20 vs Washington Every single one of those teams are inferior to us IMO, anything less than 7-3 is unacceptable IMO.

You have to be able to score the ball to win, Shaq can no longer be the focal point of a team, and hasn't been able to for the past 3 seasons or so. Let's not forget Suns had a top 5 PG in Nash, a really solid big in Amare and a good wing in Richardson. Definitely a superior cast to the current Cavaliers cast. Again, you can believe that the Cavaliers would be in the playoffs without LeBron, just like I will continue to believe they would be a 25 win team without LeBron.

If anyone else is watching in Canada on the score post game, am I the only one who is sure Bosh is a huge pot head?

I know I'm just hating, you can say any excuse you want as to why you lost and I won't care. Most excited I've been during a Raptors game in a long time. I knew I should have blown off Hockey to head down to Toronto to watch, I thought it would be a double digit loss though.

Well Kobe just took Demar to school on 3 straight plays -_- Demar cannot get through or around a screen to save his life.

Just got home from hockey, nice to see the game is still at a reasonable score.

Hopefully Kobe remains cold with his jumper, if he is on we have no chance. If he is off we might be able to make a game of this. The fact that it is at home definitely makes me more optimistic about this game, but I still am not expecting a win. If we can keep it close and at least make a game of it, like we did against Cleveland, I will be satisfied.

I just want him on the bench in uniform because I think everyone will play harder with him there, seems like a real leader on the team. Also I think we need a legitimate BIG man, Amir, Bosh and Bargs are too lean or soft to man up on the BIG centers, Reggie will be able to come in and throw his weight around for 8-12 minutes hopefully when needed. Amir is probably better than Reggie at this point though, I just want to see Reggie on the team lol.

This is the only way for Artest to say LeBron is the best in the league Anyways, he is right... the Cavaliers are one of the worst casts behind a star in the league IMO, the only players who you could replace LeBron with and this team would still be good are Dirk or Kobe. This is as close to a one man team as the Sixers or Rockets back in the day with AI and Keem. Also this team without LeBron straight up would not sniff the playoffs, lucky to get 25 wins to be honest. They would have a bunch of defenders and shooters sure, but without LeBron you could cut those open 3's by probably over 50%, Mo Williams was the 2nd best player on horrible Bucks teams, do you honestly think he could be the BEST player on a playoff team? Give me a break.
