Just curious how LeBron's play is 'reckless'? The guy has missed 20 games in his first 7 seasons ever lol.... and it isn't like he is hitting the floor 5 times a game like Wade and Iverson type of players, LeBron is strong and finishes through contact better than any wing in the league. I just don't see how you can call his play reckless, sure he isn't Kobe Bryant out there, but I would hardly call his play reckless.

It is absolutely pathetic this team is going to potentially go down as one of the worst all-time, they should easily be a 30 win team.... absolute tank job. Harris and Lopez are BOTH borderline all-star players.

I think the Lakers schedule has benefited them greatly so far (in terms of record). But I also think Gasol and Kobe being banged up, especially Kobe, is stopping them from being completely dominant, at least to the point they were last year. I think the biggest, and most important difference, is that LeBron is the better player between these two guys right now.... Kobe needs to rest, because he is either in a terrible slump, or he is just too hurt to be as productive as he needs to be for them to be successful. Lakers are 8-5 this month, and Kobe is playing horrible. They need him to get healthy or you have to seriously begin to question whether or not they can come out of the West, nevermind if they can take out the Cavaliers or whoever out East makes it. This is also the time where Kobe needs to show his development as a player, he is struggling but he continues to hoist up shots. He needs to show he trusts Gasol, that he trusts Bynum, that he trusts those guys can carry the load offensively, because right now, it is clear that he cannot. I am not watching tonight's game, but looking at the box score it looks exactly like Kobe is taking a back seat only taking 2 shots with 5 assists as well. They need Bynum and Gasol to step up now more than ever.

I don't even know what to think about this game, it's at home and we should win, but we also should have won on Wednesday and we didn't.

I still think Hedo is out of shape, just by looking at him he still looks kinda out of shape, dude is always hunched over too, acting like he is doing something out there. I think our lack of production on back to backs or short rest scenarios is just indicative of the type of offense we have. We rarely get any easy buckets, we always take jumpers so it is hard to stay consistent. Especially when taking jumpers on short rest scenarios, I mean your legs can only last so long, you get the 3rd and 4th Q and you just can't get any lift on your jumper anymore.

No posts her eyet? I figured this thread would do major numbers tonight. -
Mo Williams out 4-6 weeks

Now everyone will see the Cavaliers would win 60 games with or without Delonte.... I hate how so many people attributed the Cavaliers huge year last year to Mo -
Who was the better pick for the Miami Heat?
Check my Stats replied to Poe's topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
Not really a fair comparison since we haven't seen the best of Beasley.... for the sake of the question I will say Wade just because I doubt Beasley will ever be a top 5 player or carry a team in the finals the way Wade did. -

Delonte can easily fill in for Mo...... -
Lakers Inquire About Devin Harris
Check my Stats replied to The Regime's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
Harris is the one good thing they have... sure the Lakers inquired but I bet it was a 30 second phone call. Besides Harris isn't even that great of a fit at all, wouldn't be enough shots to go around the entire team with guys like Bynum and Pau already not getting as many touches as they probably want. I also doubt NJ is looking to deal an all-star for a straight up salary dump. Harris is signed at a very reasonable price for his production, not to mention they only really need max cap for one free agent with having to re-sign Brook in 2 years after this season as well... they would be dumb to move him for trash/expirings. I think at the deadline dealing expirings for Kirk is more realistic of a scenario, as Chicago seems desperate to get max money in time for 2010, if they cannot find a suitor for Salmons then Hinrich could become available at a cheap price maybe. In all honesty though, I expect the Lakers line-up to remain as is until at the earliest the off-season, they have the same team that won it all last year so I doubt management is in a rush to add on more salary at this point, to already the best team in the league. -
Who's Was The Better Draft Pick For The Magic?
Check my Stats replied to crabbylion's topic in Orlando Magic Team Forum
Shaq. I know you said not to give one worded responses, but I just felt like this was way too obvious. -
Haven't been watching very closely, it is on but I am doing other things... our effort on the defensive glass seems pathetic though.
-
It will depend how we come out in the 2nd half as well, I feel like we come out decent on back to backs in the first half, but after halftime our legs just are not there.... need to get Demar, Sonny and Marco lot's of minutes, unfortunately. Get the young kids lot's of minutes...

We better smash these guys after the game last night, tough night on a back to back though, hopefully Jennings is cold tonight from the outside... if he is we should handle the Bucks tonight.

Kobe Has NBA's Most Popular Jersey
Check my Stats replied to The Regime's topic in General NBA Discussion
Why does everyone still love KG? He has been practically irrelevant this season and is still nearly top 5 in jersey sales, wack. Chris Bosh not being in the top 15 is a damn shame.... if he goes to NY in the off-season he will be top 5 though. -
Top 5 Most Hated Players On Your Team?
Check my Stats replied to Poe's topic in General NBA Discussion
Alonzo Mourning (Yes he was a Raptor for a couple hours <_< ) Mike James Rafer Alston Aroujo Then probably a combined Ukic and Solomon or w/e his name was last year.... such horrible backup PG's -_- -
Kevin Garnett Is Back and Nate Robinson A Celtic?
Check my Stats replied to Warren2ThaG's topic in Boston Celtics Team Forum
Robinson is their best wing , if D'Antoni is seriously going to force him out of town to make a point then he is a complete moron. Anyone who lands Nate is getting a potential 6th man of the year caliber bench player. -

Amar'e Has '40 To 50%' Chance Of Being Dealt
Check my Stats replied to Sun Tzu's topic in Phoenix Suns Team Forum
I am almost sure Amare wants to go to NY, I don't know why he would ever want to leave Nash though. If he goes to NY he is reunited with his old coach, gets to play a system where he can chuck, and gets to play in one of the biggest markets.... -

Does Stern ream your [expletive] out if Cleveland/LA/Boston lose? -
Oh well, we had a chance to win the game, that is all you can really ask for when you are playing a top team on their own court... we just didn't take advantage of the opportunity.

Orlando @ L.A. Lakers
Check my Stats replied to alcstarheel's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
His hand is mangled, it is a wonder how he can still even shoot, well actually by those numbers he can't lol.... -
Fans will always be 'fans' when their team is good, and when they aren't they will just be there.... Raptors consistently have fans, especially an internet presence, whether their team is good or not.... I wasn't on the internet that much when the Lakers and C's sucked, but I expect their fans were a lot less prevalent. Nice to see Raps having a die hard fan base even though we have never been more than mediocre, and even at that we have only been decent a couple of seasons. It will be interesting to see what some of the fan bases, like the Cavaliers, diminish to if they lose LBJ and are back to 20 win seasons again.

I hate that commercial on RapsTV. "yes coach"

Boozer Doesn't Want To Be Dealt
Check my Stats replied to The Regime's topic in Utah Jazz Team Forum
Lol at Boozer pretending he cares about winning. I wonder if his 'keep this team together, we are clicking' attitude will remain of someone else offers more money than the Jazz in the off-season.
