  1. Damn I wanted that spot haha. jk, congrats bigdog.
  2. I like to think so. He could have been much better at this point if he had the right attitude and maturity early in his career. Unfortunately, he is just now realizing his talent. Playing the rest of the season as the team leader will do wonders for him.
  3. Your sarcasm is very annoying. He's definitely pushing towards being one of the top big men in the league. You'd be surprised how much an increased role can spark a player to show off their true talent. I always knew Blatche was talented but never had the attitude to show what he was capable of. Now that he is given the opportunity to be the team leader, he is stepping up and putting up the big numbers. He definitely has all star potential. He's in his 4th year in the league and is only 23 years old. The man has quite a high ceiling.
  4. She didn't deserve that at all. Sure it was entertaining, but wow there's better ways to get revenge on a cheating girlfriend than publicly humiliating her on a popular local radio station.
  5. Mo sold that "head shot" pretty well. I didn't see any contact at all.
  6. He chews straws during timeouts, but chews gum while playing. Watch them ban gum soon.
  7. They probably consider straw chewing a performance enhancer.
  8. Yeah, I doubt this dude is coming back.
  9. Wow... really? What "bad image" does straw chewing give off? What a pointless ban.
  10. LMAO I was gonna say something like that. +1 Forum chicks dude? Really?
  11. I was at this game for student night. I thought we played well until the end where the Grizzlies just seemed to pull away. I loved Singleton's hustle though. McGee needs to stop trying to post up. He should only put up a shot when he has an open dunk.
  12. lol @ no Lebron. That's how it should be. Garnett should be in the top 10 though.
  13. A player of his talent shouldn't be riding the bench and getting no playing time for that long span of games where he sat watching his teammates struggle. D'Antoni was dumb not to play him more.
  14. Yup. Still no trace of him.
  15. Me? I definitely don't trash Lebron frequently. Let's not forget how I spoke very highly of him in response to that Big Chief Triangle guy who was just ripping on Lebron constantly. He's an amazing player, but gets away with a lot of calls and a lot of calls are made his way. There is simply no denying that.
  16. That's one... youtube is filled with videos of Lebron getting bogus calls his way. Very rarely will you find a video of Lebron not getting a call. Also, there was a bit of acting on his part in that video.
  17. The majority of our roster is on an expiring contract. It's doubtful we don't resign any of them and leave our team at 5 players. The following players are expiring contracts: Earl Boykins Randy Foye Josh Howard (Team Option) Zydrunas Ilgauskus Mike James Mike Miller Fabricio Oberto Qunton Ross (Player Option) James Singleton There is a 0% chance as far as I am concerned that Ilgauskus or James will return to the Wizards next year, so I went ahead and crossed them off. As far as the others, there are some who I would love to have on our roster for next season. Randy Foye: We can make a qualifying offer for him and the price is not that high for a player of his talent, so he should definitely be someone we should try to reacquire. He has adapted well to the point guard position and is playing unselfishly as of late. For a small price, I say keep him. Josh Howard: His contract is very high, and with ACL injuries being tough to recover from, I don't think it is worth the risk to bring back someone who is severely injured. I think we learned our lesson the first time after bringing Gilbert Arenas back. Mike Miller: He is an intelligent, unselfish player who can light up the floor whenever he wants to and can step up as a team leader. If he lowers his asking price enough, I would say bring him back. If he is asking for around $9-10 million, I would unfortunately say let him walk. Fabricio Oberto: No. Goodbye. Quinton Ross: With his player option, there's a good chance we'll see him on our roster next season. Either way, I would say keep him. He is an excellent perimeter defender and takes pride in his defense, a quality that has lacked in our franchise for a long time. He also has a nice shooting touch and can step back and hit the deep jumper. For his low price, you can't pass up on that. James Singleton: I love this guy's energy. He truly plays 100% every minute he is on the floor and is very unselfish, working hard on both ends of the floor. He is a great rebounder and shot blocker who has shown off his nice shooting touch. To me, he is a Dominic McGuire with a better basketball IQ and jumpshot. Again, another low salary player who can provide well to any team. Keep him.
  18. Nah it won't be with his team option. I think Chicago was his last game as a Wizard. Pretty sad, I really liked his energetic play and he definitely took the pressure off of the others on the floor without needing the ball all the time.
  19. Ugh every time I see that video I just hate Lebron even more.
  20. Tough loss, but we played well without him for the remainder of the game in Chicago so who knows. Thornton will undoubtedly start in his place.
