Nah supplies didn't come with it but I'm sure you could order them separately. I don't know the exact price though but I don't think it's too bad. It's worth every penny and then some.

Wow we played GREAT today. I think Antawn's speech to the crowd before the game really sparked a sense of urgency to us. Haywood totally outperformed Howard and didn't miss a shot from the field or the free throw line. Great play from all of our players. Haywood, Jamison, Caron, Foye, and Miller.... good job.

Andray Blatche was setting a pick and VC ran into him shoulder first. The impact wasn't very hard but I think he hit it at a pretty bad angle.

Dumbbells of multiple weights for shoulder lifts, tricep lifts, and bicep lifts. Also having bands is good too. You may need a pull-up bar, but bands tied to something is a good alternative if you don't have one. Make sure you have a lot of space when you do the workouts too.

True, they both have very high ceilings for their potential in the NBA and could easily be superstars. I just have a feeling Henry will be drafted and remain a shooting guard, which is good because he'll be able to focus mostly on what he does best, and that's scoring. Someone like Wall is just more impacting to a team, and watching him in college he can truly run the floor and is a great passer, as well as an excellent scorer.

I don't think Boozer's gonna like that trade... would he come off the bench? I don't see him playing the center much, so I would assume he'd be playing behind Dirk.

But he DOES have a size advantage, so that does contribute to deciding who the better center is. If Shaq was skinny and lanky, do you think he would be just as effective? I'll take Marc in this comparison. Both are very talented players, but Marc has more of the natural gifts to make him a better center. He is a greater presence down low and, in my opinion, a better post defender based on what I've seen watching them both.

You're missing out man haha. I did it in high school and the results didn't even seem real, and they happened so quickly. Some of the workouts are absolute killers, so make sure you're in "OK" shape before you do it. But wow... it was worth every penny. You won't recognize yourself after.

Henry may be a better scorer, but he isn't the better player. John Wall does more at the guard position in regards to being a team player who is looking to find the open man and not just his own shot.

Can we put Haywood in place of Gilbert when the Wiz banner is made? Sad, I know.

Does anyone else notice that when you look at the "Last Click" users online feature, all of the guests always seem to be browsing really old topics? Lol... It just seems weird to me. Like I saw one was looking at "Iverson to Grizzlies?" And others looking at gameday threads from way earlier in the season. This happens every single time I use this feature. They're rarely ever browsing recent topics.

Yup, I'm doing that. And my next teacher is supposedly really good according to ratemyprofessors.com. She's apparently an easy A teacher so I'm looking forward to that.

My academic supervisor has just told me that he's going to see if they can at least refund my money, but the grade most likely won't change.... unbelievable.

Yep, if I need to I'll sue. If they at least refund my money then I probably won't sue, but I doubt they'll do that.

I've been on the phone with so many different people being put on hold for the last hour. I'm getting the same answers from everyone but I'm not stopping until this is resolved. This is bull[expletive].

I'd be pissed off regardless. They added a class that I wasn't in and failed me for it. I electively withdrew the class so it shouldn't even exist on my transcript. They said they would refund my money because I withdrew before the deadline. Either way I'm losing $1,000.
